Pros: It works. It does exactly what it says it will do. Can't complain about anything because it doesn't claim to do anything special. The audio quality is not as good obviously because its being converted by a third party product. You get what you pay for. It works better for speakers than for headphones.

Cons: Audio quality is bearable but easily noticeable. Do not buy this to use with high quality audiophile headphones.
