Pros: not huge
very portable
good battery life
pop-out dock and slide away stands are nice
SRS sound is good
Battery indicator is helpful
Charges your iPod too

Cons: SRS off sounds weak
Remote is smallish and thin

Other Thoughts: I wanted a decent sounding small dock but didn't want to pay big bucks for a Bose or other more expensive unit. This definitely fits the bill. The SRS sound is the best, I don't think I'll ever listen to it with that turned off. There's almost no point to listening to it without SRS on, as the speakers just don't have the 'oomph'. On a side note, this unit has a line in jack so you can use it for laptop presentations or as an external speaker for your laptop.

Other Thoughts: First a disclaimer - I didn't guy this from Newegg =(. I have had this for about a month and have been using it to provide some tunes in my living room for all of the family's ipods/iphones. It works well with them all and does a decent job of filling the room for a living room sized room. I don't personally see a reason why anyone would use this with the SRS tuned off - it sounds so much better with SRS on. I like the LED battery level indicator as well. Keep in mind its *not* a replacement for a 7.1 surround sound system by any means - however it sound good for its size.

Other Thoughts: Had to e-mail iHone customer service to findn out whether my version of this product was compatible with a remote control. Each time iHome failed to respond or incompletely responded to my e-mail. No wonder iHome is slow in responding to e-mails. Maybe try to answer the customer's question right the first time and cut your e-mail correspence by 2/3!
