Logitech S715i Rechargeable Speaker Portable Speakers for iPod and iPhone

Pros: The s715i is an outstanding speaker.. the best bang for the buck..
My review isn't for the speaker itself.. but for the "refurbished" unit I received. .

Cons: Speaker was in good physical shape.. only missing the dust cover for the power hole.. but the speaker would rattle and mute itself when used at normal volume.. I ended up heading to a local big box store to pick up a bluetooth version of the same speaker.. the new speaker sounds phenomenal. .
Buyer beware of the refurb.. I doubt it was done at the factory. . Which I would have trusted Logitech's refurbishment. .

Pros: Great bass, at the lowest volume all you hear is boom boom boom
Just great sound overall, the high side sounds good too
When you unplug it, it keeps playing the music
It looks great

Cons: Scuffs on the side, but I knew what I was getting into when I bought refurbished

Other Thoughts: Definitely worth the 60 bucks I paid for it

Pros: good price, sounds ok, recharges battery

Cons: scratched screen, missing stand rubber pads at the bottom, seriously scratched remote control. Danged poor visual looking appearance. They should have packed it inside the traveler included cover bag. I am unsure if this was a packing issue or it was really this bad condition since it was shipped. This is really my bad as I knew this was a refurbish product

Other Thoughts: Dissapointed from buying refurbished new egg item. Won't by refurbished again.

Pros: good sound for price

can be used with any mp3 player

Cons: cant charge phone if it has a case on

kickstand thing in the back is wonky

Other Thoughts: great cheap speaker set for, i can take it to the beach and pool and not worry about loosing too much money if it get messed up.

Pros: My first S715i was purchased new. It works great after a couple of years of use. This refurb unit seems to be brand new, with only difference being that it arrived in a brown cardboard box, instead of the retail packaging. I'm astonished that cosmetically and functionally, this refurbished product screams NEW in every respect...except the price.

Other Thoughts: This is a great buy my daughter love it much she is keeping it, I will have to get another one for me. great sound for a fraction of the price.

Pros: Quality Clarity and Price . Best value for the moneyand it is portable! :-)

Cons: Dock could have better support stand for apple phone / players. Being careful it is acceptable.

Pros: Great sound for such a small device. The battery lasted for two work days at the mid volume level. I have been shopping for a device like this for a couple of months. The price and review of this product is what caught my eye. Delivery was quick as promised.

Cons: The unit could be louder if used outdoors but inside a building the volume is sufficient.

Other Thoughts: First time purchasing from newegg. Will use this online store in the future for checking prices

Pros: The sound produced is crisp and clear with good amount of bass. Fills a room and sounds like it should be larger than it is

Cons: I sent my original unit (not purchased from Newegg) back for replacement as it stopped working within a few uses. The replacement is a problem too. Before there is music, the unit squeals and puts out a combination of static and very irritating loud electronic noises. Then all of a sudden it starts playing as it should. I like this product and would like nothing better than to get one that works. Deliberating whether to send the second one back to take a chance on a third. Oh, one other item, the remote battery was dead in both units. They are definitely refurbished product with small blemishes on the case and remote. Shipped in plain white corrugate.

Other Thoughts: As a refurbished product, The remote battery should have been replaced if not working during the refurbishing phase. Logitech makes good products, and although I really like the quality of sound, it is disappointing that they allowed a third party to "refurbish" and re-market these under their name.

Pros: Speakers are loud with ample bass and great highs and then even better with the AC adapter. Really a crisp sound. Went and tried a bunch of speakers out at best buy and this one kicked the crud out of all the others in the same price range and even some in higher price ranges.

If you are considering this than go ahead and get it, you wont be disappointing.

Cons: Doesn't include a radio or a clock, no big deal, that's what the ipod or phone plugged into it is for. Am worried that the battery life will end and will need replacing.

Other Thoughts: Was worried at first that when it was unplugged it would be too quiet but was glad to be wrong.
