Pros: Great sound. Easy to use. Inexpensive. Three sizes of ear canal buds come with the package to give you options. Responsive customer service

Cons: A wire connection at the iphone plug-in location broke after 3 months, causing the left speaker to go dead. Customer service sent me a replacement without any hassle. It suffered the same problem after 3 months --> replaced with newer model --> broke in exact same way after 1-2 months. Nice sound, easy to use, great customer service, but they need a better product.

Also, wraparound-back-of-head style makes microphone placement difficult to get right and annoying to use with a messenger bag.
