I use this with an iPhone and when the amplifier is turned on it's loud enough for you without disturbing your partner. I have tried less expensive pillow speakers and have been disappointed. This one is excellent! I own a Sangean am/fm radio also - their products are top notch. Cons: None Other Thoughts: This is not a con but just something to be aware of. Down pillows muffle sound regardless of the pillow speaker type I have found. Other types of pillows do great with pillow speakers. Did you find this review helpful?
