Cons: Very horrible transmitter. Practically static. I bought this and returned it right away.

Pros: Easy to read frequency dial, 2 channel presets

Cons: Frequency range, short power cord, slow manual frequency cycling, static, no power options other than 12V connector

Other Thoughts: Only goes as low as 88.1 MHz which makes it very difficult to find a clear channel in an urban area. Our satellite radios always workd best in the 87.5-87.9 range where there is the least interference. Must be mounted within 2" of the radio to avoid static, though even then static is frequent. Mounting is complicated in a mini-van whose 12V connector is well below the radio due to the fairly short power cord. In a car with only the cigarette lighter available you can't play your MP3/Smart Phone through the transmitter and charge it at the same time since there is no battery option.
