4 out of 5 eggsEh.

Pros: Small and compact, but big enough to be seen and easily handled. The screen is great, the design is very intuitive with the wheel around the outside. The intellitune feature hasn't proved very useful yet, though I think it has promise. Charges my Zune HD while playing. Oh yeah, and it works with my Zune HD.

Cons: When having it broadcast in stereo, it sounds horrible. It sounds like I'm just a little to far away from the tuner... which is completely untrue because it plugs in about 8 inches from the radio. Setting it to mono provides a marked improvement, but obviously has decreased quality in its own respects.

Other Thoughts: Picked it up for all of fo*r dollars, so I can't complain one bit. If I had paid full price, I'd be unhappy for sure.

Pros: - Play and charges my Zune
- Intellect search was useful to find a station

Cons: - Intellect search is annoying when you are traveling city to city due to some stations use different frequencies. Also sometimes picks one stations that can distort and have to press a few times to find the right one. (-1 Egg)

Other Thoughts: I took a gamble on getting this since I bought it for only $4 (As of 08/2010) which compared to many others that cost much more. It worked fine aside from the other cons.

On the side note I live in AZ and the heat makes me worry if it will break down if it is left in the car, so far i know it works perfectly after a week in my car.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent FM Transmitter and Insane Value!

Pros: * Charges Zune *Awesome reception and clarity * Super cheap * Easy Install

Cons: * Some stations aren't as clear * Haven't tried in urban areas

Other Thoughts: This baby saved me over $100 from buying and installing a car stereo with auxiliary port. The thing is very easy to use, and it takes a little time to find the best FM station, but once you do it sounds great. Pretty close to CD quality, which is good enough for me! At $5, this thing is definitely a steal.

1 out of 5 eggsDLO = "Dead in Less than One month"

Pros: for the limited time it worked, did pretty well

Cons: tried one, died, replaced with another, died immediately after warranty was expired. Read the fine print of their warranty - at least it may have improved since I originally bought mine - at that time you had to register immediately for any warranty to be in effective. It appears to be standard 1 year replacement now.

Other Thoughts: I disassembled the last unit since there was no replacement option. Found several component leads that were not even soldered - just touching the pads, which explains why it worked for a few weeks. Unless you enjoy exercising replacement warranty options, stay away from this brand.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing Product!!!!

Pros: This thing is amazing!!!! Where was this when I had an iPhone????? Its cool looking, has fun controlls (compared to just hitting a button) and the signal quality is amazing.

Cons: I can hear the hum of my engine faintly through the speakers as said by others. But its not very noticable.

Other Thoughts: I'm gonna buy 3 more of these while there cheap (its amazing that this is WAY better than any of the $100 ones) because from reading other reviews they dont last long. But its amazing while it does. =]

4 out of 5 eggsA great deal if you have a Zune

Pros: This is the clearest FM transmitter I ever heard. I've used the cheap Belkin ones before and this thing blows them out of the water. If you make the right adjustments it can sound like a FM broadcast station. There is almost no static. Zune charging is a plus. Menu is intuitive.

Cons: Menu wheel is a little sensitive. When no music is playing you can hear engine noise through the stereo.

Other Thoughts: It's not perfect, but for $10 it is a lot cheaper than a new stereo if you want to listen to your Zune in your car. It really is the best FM transmitter I've used, I hope it holds up for a long while.

5 out of 5 eggsWow!

Pros: Works beautifully, charges zune, hardly any interference, can leave in the car in extremely hot temperatures and no whacky behavior, looks cool, makes me feel cool

Cons: sometimes i accidentally press the button to search for a new station while my radio is turned up high... but if you hit it again it reverts back to the station you had it locked to.

Other Thoughts: i can't believe how inexpensive yet durable and high quality this is.

5 out of 5 eggsBest FM Transmitter I've Owned

Pros: Great signal strength, I've never heard it transmit any engine or other ambient or ghost noises. Sound quality is fantastic for what it is. Even though the auto-seek feature can be somewhat slow it does, in my experience, almost always find a good station and the ease of use makes it much less distracting and dangerous to use while driving than manually setting a station. Doesn't look cheap or tacky at all.

It's extremely convenient for the Zune compared to many of the alternatives due to its proprietary Zune cable. Several of the others I tried required using a 3.5mm cable for audio and required using a separate USB cable for charging, which obviously was a tangled, ugly mess.

Cons: The plastic button/ring thing is not very intuitive to use at first and feels very cheap.

Other Thoughts: After trying several other transmitters and finding all of them completely unusable due to weak signal strength or incredibly poor audio quality I picked this up due to its low price (it is substantially cheaper than any of the others I had tried). I feel like I got away with something dirty every time I use it and consider how little I paid for it.

If you're looking for a product that does what this does, it is very unlikely you will regret your purchase.

4 out of 5 eggsOkay for the price

Pros: Works well, most of the time. It has better sound quality than other FM transmitters i've had.

Cons: When your engine's running, you can hear the frequency of the RPM over the radio, kinda hard to hear but it's there. Kind of like a highpitched siren, not too loud but when you rev your engine the pitch gets higher.

Other Thoughts: So in total, was worth the money. Allows me to listen to my zune whenever there's no AUX input :)
