4 out of 5 eggsProprietary Connectors

Pros: Works great, doesn't take up a slot that I'd use for anything else.

Cons: I didn't realize it had proprietary connectors. I just bent the pins on my motherboard a little bit to make them fit.

Other Thoughts: MAKE SURE YOU GET THE CORRECT SIZE!

4 out of 5 eggsWorks fine

Pros: Gives you more USB ports where you need them...in the back of the PC.

Cons: Shuttle uses proprietary USB headers, I have no idea why. That means you can't use this with other systems that have standard USB motherboard headers, grrr.

4 out of 5 eggsOnly for Shuttle systems!

Pros: USB ports in an otherwise-useless parallel-port opening is a great idea.

Cons: Proprietary motherboard connectors! Take a careful look at picture #2 there.

Other Thoughts: I should've bought the "black" version of this, which has a standard 5x2 USB header connector. So I will buy one later.... and maybe someday I will cut off the proprietary connectors from this "white" version and crimp on the standard USB-header connector.
