4 out of 5 eggsStill Going Strong

Pros: Bought in late 2009. Still going strong after 3 years of 24/7 operation as a file/streaming server.
Cheap, low power consumption, quiet.

Cons: Nothing of note.

5 out of 5 eggsVery Nice Little Box

Pros: Small, very quiet, exactly as advertised.

Cons: None that I have found yet.

Other Thoughts: I'm using this with no HD or optical drive along with a USB stick loaded with ZeroShell as a home router. Works great, replaced the 8 year old desktop that was doing the job previously.

4 out of 5 eggsNice Little Machine

Pros: Well built. Easy to Install ram and Hard Drive. Price is amazing, I already had extra ram and Hard Drive, so it was quite worth it for me. Have it running Ubuntu 9.04 as an AFP Mac File server. Works very well. It is very silent as well.

Cons: None really other then that I could not install Ubuntu 9.10. I believe it has to do with the video driver. Foxconn does not support linux of any kind. From their tech support they claim that the computer will only work properly with Windows not linux. Which is not true.

Other Thoughts: Great little computer, wish it had a bit more linux support. I refuse to install any kind of MS Windows on it. Very happy with it.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: It's an over all great system for the price, the hdd bracket is a little strange but look at the instructions you get with it and you will be fine.So easy to pop in a hardrive, a stick of ddr2, and a disk drive I am running windows 7 and it look beautiful

Cons: The intel atom 230 is good but if your looking for a little more power just get the barebone that has the dual core its only about $20 or $30 more

Other Thoughts: with such a small case it stays cool but not enough to overclock i wouldnt advise it, i have no idea why they put a 3.5 bay in it maybe for a floppy i guess

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing computer for the price!!!

Pros: I currently have this thing running windows 7 32bit for my magic jack and as well as a DNS server and it runs smooth as silk and can take on more. All I have in it so far is just a 1 GB stick of mem and for the total price I paided for it I almost feel like I ripped of newegg lol. I plan on using this for an FTP server as well, as I'm sure It can handle it.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: The only problem I have had with this system is the seagate HD I put in it. Got the click of death after I set up everything. In no way was this the box's' fault, just the quality of seagate HDs at work.

5 out of 5 eggsstellar value, easy & quick build

Pros: Super duper easy to build a little computer. Mostly rolled edges so I didn't cut myself for once. The build instructions were in color with big pictures and easy to understand. Plenty of USB ports. Quiet.

Cons: Atom CPU is okay. Intel GMA video isn't great. System gets choppy when decoding x264 at higher resolutions and qualities. If you want real nice video output for an HTPC, with video-card-assisted decoding, you should get something with NVidia onboard video instead, or use the PCI slot to add a nice low profile video card.

Other Thoughts: Read the instructions and look at the pictures, if you would rather not break plastic clips and struggle with the HDD mount. I can't really figure out why they put in a 3.5" drive bay. Well, I suppose you could put in a card reader or something.

5 out of 5 eggsFantastic

Pros: I have bought three of these for customers not wanting to pay a lot. It goes together easy, runs cool and is almost silent. It is no speed daemon, but is plenty fast enough for office work, web browsing, email and multi-media.

Cons: There is a trick to getting that front panel off and back on. Pay very close attention to the instructions and you will be ok.

Other Thoughts: I am amazed that you can get something like this for around $100. Unless you have been building computers for almost 30 years as I have you will not understand how ridiculously cheap this is.

5 out of 5 eggsNice unit

Pros: Sturdy. Quiet. Not power hungry. Built a low cost file server and host for my weather station.

Cons: None. Those that complained didn't know what they were buying or didn't bother to read the manual...

Other Thoughts: Right tool for the right job. Don't buy this to play Crysis.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent

Pros: Cheap and cost effective. Since the end of November, I have assembled about 20 of these, and all but 1 flew off the shelf. That one had XP on it, and the rest had Win7.

Cons: None that I can see.

Other Thoughts: The graphic abilities on this are low, which suggests why we sell it at such a low price. But the few that were complained about brought in additional sales through upgrades and PCI video cards.
