Pros: Small Form Factor! This thing is small and compact. I added the SSD and it is still small.
The i5 has plenty of punch to run a small server.

Cons: 1. I couldn't to get both sticks of RAM to work for 16GB. Tried three different low voltage 1.35 volt DDR3L SODIMMs and only one stick will boot. This included G.Skill Ripjaws Series Laptop Memory F3-1600C9D-16GRSL 16GB (2 x 8G) DDR3 SO-DIMM 1.35v Dual-channel that reportedly worked for others (maybe 4 GBx2?).
Couldn't find any suggested memory from MSI (there is a link but seems to be dead) but at least two brands were reported to work (although perhaps 2 x 4 GB).
MSI- how do I get 16GB to work???
2. The connector for the SSD HD is difficult to attach and the instructions are not clear. The trick is to make sure that it is positioned in the correct direction (look at the graphic in the instructions and push down). I got it after a couple of tries and seems to be secure.
3. Fan. Would have preferred fanless but I can't hear it and the case is quick enough to open to blow any dust out once in a while.

Other Thoughts: Great little PC with small form factor. Wish I could get the 16GB DDR3L to work but probably overkill anyway. Will stick with the single stick of 8GB. Still hope that MSI responds with a solution
