For the first week, I kept the tablet in my home. It was great. Very responsive. Nice images. Customer service was great too. I called and someone picked up right away. Cons: 1 Egg because I need encryption. My first unit wouldn't encrypt, and then couldn't do a hard reset. Newegg gets 5 eggs for this RMA process for a replacement. Second unit had the same problem. Newegg was much slower and tougher, but eventually gave me a refund. Other Thoughts: If you don't need encryption, I strongly recommend that you give it a try. If you go to the forums at tabletroms, there is a step-by-step video on installing Google Play. Look for the Visual Land subforum. Did you find this review helpful?
