Pros: It was free with a WD 500GB blue Hard drive Dont really use it but its nice quality

Cons: Nothing really besides not having a use.

Pros: Heavy enough to stay put. Good alternative to mounting on windshield. For the price (including the mod), it is an inexpensive way to create a mount.

Cons: Mounting surface not great.

Other Thoughts: I bought a small mirror at one of those fabric stores (2 pack for $1) and epoxied it in place. The suction cup mounting is secure now.

Pros: This thing is great. My dashboard has a weird curve to it (2000 Buick Century). This thing stays put no matter what. First time I used it, I cleaned my dash to remove dust and debris, and I plopped this thing down and could instantly feel the stick. I used to remove it form my car so it wouldn't sit there getting dirty, but no need. It stays without effort. In the effect my dash does get too dirty, I wipe it down and wipe down the bottom of this thing, and good a new. I have put my Garmin GPS on it and test drove it in my neighborhood, taking turns way too fast, accelerating and slamming on the breaks. Did not move at all. No cons. Totally happy with my purchase.

Cons: No cons.

Pros: Simple but good quality.

Cons: Keep it out of the sun, the plastic can melt

Pros: Heavy, sturdy, gets the job done.

Cons: Base is too far in, can be a nausea to put in an area that dips down like the holding bin on top of a car stereo to put sunglasses, etc. Can cause problems for GPS that has a large screen.

Other Thoughts: Mounting pad could of been set to be higher by making it thicker so that the GPS that have a larger screen can have the ability to swivel around as intended. Otherwise a great product.

Pros: Heavy, looks like it would do the job as intended.

Cons: Big. Didn't actually try it out since it wasn't what I expected, but I can't knock any eggs off for that.

Other Thoughts: When I saw this on the site, I envisioned something a bit smaller, and thought the slots were designed for holding your device. I don't know where the 5" measurement comes from. It turns out this is 7.5" across, and the disk in the middle is about 3.5". It is designed to be used with a suction cup bracket like you would use on a windshield. The description does say bracket not included, and if it hadn't been so late at night, maybe I would have realized how they intended it to be used. My bad.

Pros: "It just works!" This thing makes it dead simple to move the GPS from one car to another. It clings to the dashboard without fail - ***IF*** the dashboard isn't dusty. As another reviewer noted, it really helps if you clean the dashboard occasionally. Even just a quick wipedown with a damp napkin, or such, does the job.

The Garmin suction cup mount holds as well to this unit as it does to the windshield, so naturally that needs to be re-affixed every so often. At least the GPS doesn't come crashing down when the suction breaks. In fact, I'm pretty sure that's never happened while driving, only when adjusting the angle of the mount.

Cons: None. (At the sale price.)

Other Thoughts: These often go on sale for $10. Snag one then!

Pros: Does what it is supposed to do.

Cons: It leaves a mark on you dash that does not come off.

Other Thoughts: I tried many different cleaners to remove the mark and it does not go away. This is on two different cars

Pros: very simple and does what it's designed to do.

Cons: bigger than i expected but fits on dash without issue.

Pros: works great, never slide.

Cons: when arrived the cushion didn't look like a new one. The box wasn't sealed (not sure if that's expected), but more importantly there were dusts and scratches on the cushion.

Other Thoughts: won't bother to go through the return/RMA process as long as it works. but it is a bad feeling not getting a brand new product.
