Logitech Support is worthless and provides no help. I will never buy another Logitech product. And, I was going to buy a wireless keyboard/mouse today. ipadmac 2/11/2013 9:00:55 AM Tech Level: 5/5 Ownership: 4/5	Rating: 3/5Great big and heavy keyboard Pros: Excellent keyboard. I have medium sized male fingers and I can type on this with no degradation. Solar charging works great. Makes your iPad the size of a netbook, in case you really wanted a netbook. Plastic cover has a good feel with plenty of traction so it won't slip out of your hands. Ultimately, the best iPad keyboard I've tried. Cons: Suspect high incidence of failure based on conversation with Logitech tech support. He didn't have any suggestions to get the DOA unit working. He just said to send it back where I bought it for replacement. This will double the thickness and weight of your svelt iPad. Because of that, I keep it removed most of the time and use a snap on protective cover. This means I sometimes don't have it with me when I need it. The battery tube is annoying. Nice to have a lot of battery, but it makes it likely to scratch or break the ipad when closing the case if you're not careful. With so much battery mass, it too bad Logitech didn't make the batteries: 1. Replaceable 2. Able to charge the iPad. If I were designing this, I would have used flat pack batteries integrated next to the solar panel. Other Thoughts: Due to the massive failure rate, we'll likely see a lot of these units coming available as "refurbs" at discount prices. Whether you buy new or refurb, make sure you buy it from someplace that is good to help you do a return. You may, very well, have to return at least the first one to find a unit that works.
