Pros: Seems very protective Velcro allows you to stand the iPad up in either landscape and portrait modes Velcro also allows you to remove the front cover if you'd like to allow for less bulk pretty sturdy when propped up allows several positions/angles to prop up your ipad made of great materials Velcro area is robust Cons:* kinda bulky when you flip the front cover behind it to use the iPad (adds about an inch to the thickness on the left side because it doesn't fold flat easily), however you can remove the front cover to remove this potentially unwanted bulk but then you are left with two pieces. This isn't a con for me but may be for others. Other Thoughts:* I got this cover for my mom after she got the iPad 3. I really like it and my mom likes it as well. Can't go wrong with it IMHO. I've only owned this a short time so can't speak to longevity but I did try and otherwise put it through all the paces before writing this review. Did you find this review helpful? Pros: *Seems very protective
