Pros: Easy to install CD/DVD and Hard Drives. Nice layout inside. Lots of room to expand more storage.

Cons: No Hard drive Caddys, only one power supply...I should have read the reviews but this does not come with hard drive caddys and I saw dual power supplies buy mine only came with one...

Other Thoughts: I got my hard drive caddies from another online very large retailer starts with an "A" ends in mazon next day... Newegg didn't have them or I would have ordered from them.

Pros: Fast Shipping. Decant Build. Has hot swap HDD option. For the price is a great Server for small Business.

Cons: In the descriptions it doesn't say anything about HDD caddy. You will need to buy those separate. I was aware of this, because I bought one like this a month prior. Also beware that it takes standard DDR3 Memory. I ordered Server Memory with ECC, which didn't work. I think those things should be mentioned in descriptions.

Other Thoughts: Overall is a great system and a seller did a good job shipping it fast.

Pros: Looked like a very well built server for the short time I had it.

Cons: I bought this server with the option of no hard drives after carefully reading there was not any requirement of Lenovo drives or anything special. I received the server quickly and was getting ready to put in my drives when I found to my dismay that it had only dummy hard drive caddys in the hotswap bays. There was no way to mount any drives without the caddys. I called Lenovo and after almost 2 hours of waiting I finally got a hold of them and found that they would sell them for $110 each and they were not available yet to purchase. This means I would have to spend $550 for caddys if that was even a possibility. So basically I couldn't do anything with this server. Now I have to pay $40 return shipping and somehow get another server here in a time crunch. I feel this should have been explicitly specified on the newegg site or the Lenovo site.

Other Thoughts: Please update the site to specify that it does not come with any hard drive caddy's (and can't even be purchased at this time).
