Cons: noise
Other Thoughts: Purchased this server because it was advertised to run quietly. Couldn't be more misleading. Compared to previous generation Lenovo servers (I have 2 TD230s) which ran very quietly, these generate so much noise that I hate leaving it running. Really disappointing.
