For most users these work perfect even on a 100MB connection, for users doing graphics work we had to move them to a 1GB connection. The Teradeci management console is free and makes deploying these "plug and play". Within 5 minutes of of plugging one in and connecting the network cable, it has upgraded its firmware, configured itself with my predefined settings, and is ready for the user to log in and get to work, all while I sipped coffee. Cons: Audio. These clients run on Tera v1 chips, which will quickly sacrifice audio quality for video quality if there is anything moving on the screen. The newer Tera V2 does a better job. This is not really a con in my environment, but is something to consider if you use soft-phones or require decent quality audio for your end users. Other Thoughts: In use with VMWare View 5.0.
