The EPC-6542 compact desktop barebone server is developed around Intel's power-efficient Atom N270 embedded processor and 945GSE chipset. This network appliance platform is packed with more features than you can find on a server: 1.6 GHz Intel Atom N270 processor, DDR2 SODIMM slot supporting up to 2GB of RAM, two Gigabit Ethernet ports, two serial ports, two SATA ports, one EIDE port, one PCI slot, watchdog function, 12V DC input, one 2.5” hard drive / SSD drive bays, one IDE port for DOM module,. The small form factor, low power consumption, fanless, high performance processor, industrial graded motherboard and compact enclosure design make it perfect for firewall, VPN, bridge, web server, video stream server, DNS server, email server, network video recorder (NVR) and audio/music stream.
