5 out of 5 eggsGreat Bundle!

Pros: Excellent value for the price, especially now. My first 360 system and I couldn't pass up the price when it was at $250.

Cons: Nope.

Other Thoughts: FF 13 looks really good in high def. I like the fact that you can use a standard HDMI cable and not have to buy something "special" just for the 360. My other system is a Wii and this is not the case. You can get a cable that works just fine for ~$10.

4 out of 5 eggsThis bundle is great.... but

Pros: This bundle which I bought during the 4th of July weekend was a great buy. This package has the 250 GB hard drive and two wireless controllers. Both very good value for the money spent.

Cons: The only con is that the package only included the AV input, not a componet imput. Of course it would have been nice to have the HDMI input... but you can't have everything thing. That is why the 4 stars instead of 5.

5 out of 5 eggsA good option for new buyers

Pros: A good value if you'll get use out of the larger 250GB drive AND enjoy playing through FF13.

Buying a recent Xbox package deal ensures you get the latest hardware inside your console, avoiding the worst of the serious issues the 360 had in its early days.

Cons: 250GB will be overkill for many. I mostly use my hard drive to install game discs so that they don't have to spin up (that's a built in xbox feature). Those installs are easy to delete when you need space - if you pick up the game again, you can install it again in about 15 minutes, or just play with the disc spinning. Each game disc will use 5-6GB.

If you're not interested in FF13 and don't expect to overwhelm a 120GB drive, you're better served with one of the $300 packages.

Other Thoughts: FF13 is a beautiful game with a good story and gameplay. It does feel like you're watching a movie for the first 40% of the game, but they keep adding new facets to the combat until eventually it gets complex and interesting. They also kind of throw you into the story in the middle, so it's a little jarring and you feel like you should know more than you do.

4 out of 5 eggsPretty Good Deal...

Pros: It's a game, the 360, two wireless controllers, AND a new 250GB HDD. Basically you're getting the game for free.

Cons: The game is Final Fantasy XIII, which looks really good, but you spend the first 20-30 hours walking in a straight line and pressing the "A" button, occasionally, pressing up or down.

Other Thoughts: Even if you don't like Final Fantasy XIII, you can more than likely take it and resell it for store credit at a big box store, and you're still getting a top-of-the-line 360 plus store credit at a box store for no charge. Otherwise, if you can find a better bundle on New Egg, go with that.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat deal, other review isn't just

Pros: It's a xbox 360, with 250gb hd, two controllers, and FF13

Cons: It doesn't fix you a burger.

Other Thoughts: The 250GB are just now being released and cost one hunderd twenty bucks. This is a VERY good deal if you add up all that you get. If I didn't buy the RE5 limited edition a year or so back I would get this

1 out of 5 eggswow...just...wow

Pros: its an xbox 360 with 250gb hard drive and final fantasy XIII

Cons: its only an xbox 360 with 250gb hard drive and final fantasy XIII.
no special art on the console itself? not even a special faceplate? hell it doesn't even come with a strategy guide or anything remotely relating to the game Final Fantasy XIII for that matter. Unless you want to count the game itself.

Other Thoughts: the box is nice i guess.
