Pros: Note: this is a review just for the Xbox 360S (I did not buy or receive a Kinect despite this page being for the bundle).

Quiet, nice finish (matte black), legacy compatible (old HDDs), plenty of ports, Kinect-ready, Wireless-N compatible

Cons: Disk drive not very quiet, 4GB is limited, HDD is needed.

Other Thoughts: Touch buttons (takes some getting used to). No HDMI cable (but that's standard). For XBL, search for deals with 12 months online and never buy direct from MS unless it's roughly have the normal rate. Last I paid was like $9/month.

I got this on a deal when it first came out: it came with a $100 gift card so it came out to $199.

Pros: When Kinect first came out, my thoughts were "thats a dumb idea"....boy was I wrong!
With the right games and if you're not a boring person, the Kinect is a fun piece of equipment to use! You might even find yourself playing games you wouldn't normally play, like any of the Just Dance games, and making a fool of yourself. But you really don't care because its just that much fun.

The new design of the system itself is much better than the 1st Gen, sleek black, blends just about anywhere. The touch sensitive tray open/close and power button make things simpler too.

Cons: none that I can find

Other Thoughts: It may just be where I have my console located, but it seems like it runs a little on the warm side.
Mine is housed in an entertainment center, behind glass, Wii on top of the console but not powered on at the same time, and the only real ventilation besides the small 1/8" gap between the front of the EC and the glass is a 18"x8" cutout in the back of the entertainment center.

Pros: kinect sensor is cool

Cons: 1. you CAN'T watch an entire movie or even many 1 hour episodes without the console signing you out of xbox live, you then have to re-sign in & go back to the movie, a real pain.
2. the apps require xbox live subscription
3. I have the one with the harddrive, however you can't copy owned games onto it so I really don't see a huge advantage. It states that you can copy games onto the hd, however you still have to insert the original disk.

Other Thoughts: There needs to be a legitimate way to backup owned games, when kids are playing, damaged disks seem to be a reality.

Pros: A much better improvement then the original xbox 360. My daughter loves the elmo game for the kinect. Forza 4 is just crazy with the kinect because you can turn your head and "look" around the corners. The game that comes with it is actually fun to.

Cons: None

Pros: It looks nice.

Cons: It will load the xbox dashboard screen but the kinect included in the bundle doesn't work out of the box. It requires an update and my system won't download it. I have been online with support all day and will have to send it in.

Other Thoughts: Seems like it should work out of the box without an update. Really? Kinect won't work without an update? Seems absolutely ludicrous.

Pros: -Bought and received a $100 NE GC (during a promo)
-Much quieter and doesn't produce as much heat as the older xbox 360.
-Kinect is fun for all ages.
-HDMI port
-Wireless

Cons: -4GB hard drive that it comes with is too small. Microsoft could have included a slightly bigger one.
(purchased a 250gb HD)

Other Thoughts: I could not live without an xbox360. Simply one of the best consoles ever made.

Pros: Unit looks great in matte black, builtin wifi, slim, runs cooler and the kinect works well for my 3yrs old son.

Cons: NONE

Pros: Kinect is absolutely amazing!!! It's better than I imagined

Cons: should've bought the 250GB version

Other Thoughts: oh well

Pros: good price, whole family enjoys playing kinect games, easy to setup, like the black console

Cons: not enough Kinect games, games are expensive, cheap casing

Other Thoughts: after 6 months won't read update from the disc, having to send in for repair. went to remove hdd per instructions, there is no hard drive. console was shipped without the hard drive.

Pros: Purchased this pack from Newegg with the $100 GC promotion, which in turn was used to upgrade the hard drive, which with the Kinect turned into a great deal.

System is much quieter, probably as or a hair hotter than its original predecessor. Touch controls are very sensitive but do their job well.

Cons: This was a replacement for my original 360 Elite, which the NIC was an unfortanate victim of nearby lightning, was not happy to find out the old HD would not be compatable with the Slim versions. Power connection is also different, so none of my old cords were able to be used on this system (wanted to be able to switch between rooms quickly).
