Rating: 2/5I was not as satisfied as I expected to be.
Pros: -Large screen -Touch screen -Great colors, LED display -Does not feel cheap -All of the ports to add stuff are covered/protected -Great packaging whiled opening the system -Buttons have a very satisfying click -Back touch panel is really cool
Cons: -Could have been bigger to make the controls larger -Hardly any good games released -My hand feels cramped on this -The home screen could have been like the PSP -I ordered Modnation racers with this (I pre-ordered from another website) and it got very boring after a short amount of time -Youtube was not on it for awhile and I just found out that it now is (I have not used this since april)
Other Thoughts: I was going to buy a PSP 3000 until I heard of this. I pre-ordered this off of another website and i loved it for the first few months. Then it just got boring and I never played it. I have never really liked any portable gaming system I have bought and I really liked this when I first had it. I'm going to sell mine to a friend or something and buy a GTX660Ti to make my gaming PC which I'm planning on buying on black Friday to build.

Pros: Looks amazing. The games play nicely and smoothly.
Cons: Sony advertises that you can play" your" PS3 games on the Vita. After opening the box and trying ALL of my games, not a single one of them are "compatible". I purchased this for that very reason for when I am traveling for work and want to play my PS3 games. I contacted Sony about it and they said that the only way to tell if a game is compatible is to look on the PS3's game boxes. That is absurd. There is nothing on the box of the system itself stating this is necessary. I was under full expectation that ALL PS3 games could be used remotely on the Vita as this is what their advertisements lead you to believe. If you are wanting to play PS3 games on the Vita then save your money and don't invest in this system.

Rating: 1/5Psp with a touch screen Whoop Whoop...
Pros: You can return it.
Cons: It's Sony abandoning their PSP in hopes of a unhackable device... The Games on Psp vita are few and with few tweaks could of been released on the PSP. Anyway, good luck Sony... I don't see this one selling half as good as the PSP did. I also would know someone will make the PS Vita just as hacked one day.
Other Thoughts: The graphics may be better on the ps vita but at the scale the picture is I doubt it make that much of a difference.

Pros: Very Solidly Built- This thing feels substantial and your hands. Great Button- I thought I would HATE the tiny face button, but they now have that Nintendo "Click" that is perfect for a handheld, not sponge like at all.. The screen is phenomenal. The contrast and brightness is so good that sometime during a load screen I think the power is off. Games really couldn't look any better than they do on this thing (Graphics, Picture quality)
Cons: MEMORY!!!-I know it's like beating a dead horse but it deserves to be repeated..... THIS WAS SONY'S WAY TO MAKE MONEY BACK ON SYSTEMS SOONER THAN LATER FROM SELLING THE SYSTEM SO CHEAP AT LAUNCH... How they went about it??? NOT GOOD!... And I only mean this by the fact of there being ZERO system memory.. If your card goes squat, you better hope you backed it up on your PS3 or computer with the included software (Which you'd be insane not to).. Making the Memory card non-standard- Is anyone not surprised by this??? This is SONY we're talking about. Making them so expensive was a BIG slight to consumers (Sorry, there's just no way to justify it to your average consumer or Parent in this current economy).. My last gripe (Biggest) is game updates and patches. there IS room reserved on the cards for these but SONY is not allowing it for now to sell more Memory cards. Called SONY directly to verify this fact "Coming in later firmware update". That is just rotten and makes me feel cheated...
Other Thoughts: Continued.... Wish the shoulder buttons were just "different". Even the PSP didn't feel right with the Glass feeling shoulder button and many a person issues. They should have been "Thicker" to cover a wider area of you finger, if that makes sense makes sense.. Also wish the Analogue sticks had a better "Dead Zone" and wider area.. It's adequate but feels"off". Also, fix the things you promised "Remote Play".."Full PSP support"
I feel like I complained too much.. I really do LOVE the overall system, and can't wait for the Dedicated games made specifically for a "handheld" experience.. But I feel some of my negative points are literally the only things keeping this thing from selling like no other (Reason for 3 eggs versus 5). I love my 3DS because it knows what it is (A handheld Gaming System) and doesn't even attempt to state otherwise. VITA is trying to be a "Jack of all trades". SONY needs to CLEARLY define what market they are after with this "AND ACTUALLY MARKET THE DANG THING!

Rating: 4/5Amazing Technology, Underutilized
Pros: This is, hands down, the best portable gaming console available. It is a power house, with a ton of potential.
Cons: So many problems that have nothing, or very little, to do with the device itself.
Other Thoughts: Sony has dropped the ball on what should be their main focus right now. They should have had more games lined up, ready for development. Instead, we got a small set of release titles, and several months wait time until the next, small wave of releases. There are still a ton of PSP games available on the Playstation Network, which is good, but PSOne Classics support has yet to be implemented.
Which is another big problem. The Vita launched with some features not functioning, and others not included at all. PSOne Classics is just one of those omitted features that is "in development." HTML5 support, or perhaps Flash support, is desperately needed on the platform. The Vita could also benefit from more apps than a few token social networking apps. A YouTube app couldn't hurt, although at least there's Netflix.
I really love my Vita, but it hurts to see Sony treat such an awesome piece of technology like this.

Pros: Graphics, Control layout, sound system, touch screen, too many things to list. You realy get the feeling that this thing must have cost sony $250 minimum to make. I have to say that the PSN store is awsome untill they get some more AAA titles
Cons: Still early in launch so the games dont take %100 advantage of the system. And yes some games that you get on PSN are not yet compatible but they will be.
Other Thoughts: So worth the price. I dont play many games but ive ben glued to this thing and cant put it down! Had a 3DS, sold it for this, wouldent change a thing! Best value in the hand-held market by FAR!

Rating: 2/5Bad design
Pros: It has some fun games.
Cons: No Youtube or online streaming video that I have found. In contrast, I have a 50 dollar phone that streams youtube.
The worst is some of the games will crash the system. Both Unit 13 and Ninja Gaiden have crashed the system. I was able to reset when Unit 13 crashed. But as I write Ninja Gaiden made it so I cant even reset the system.
Look online. You will see Unit 13 crashes will actually destroy your PSVita. I am waiting till the battery dies to see if I can reset the system.
I bought the system in another state and threw away the receipt and box. If you buy this system. Save your stuff. You most likely will need it.

Rating: 5/5Best Handheld on the Market
Pros: Feels nice in my hands. Very slim and sleek in design. Responsive, very comfortable.
Cons: Advertised to come with a free month of service and a free game.
The month of service you get as part of the promotion is only available as your second term with AT&T's DataConnect Pass, meaning you must pay for the first to be eligible. Your free month automatically begins when your first is over. Oh, and that copy of Super Star dust Delta? Your redemption code will only arrive "30 days after your DataConnect Pass activation," according to an insert included with the system.
Hope you weren't planning on playing that game for a while.
Other Thoughts: Nothing Really. Its a solid system, and I still recommend it.

Rating: 5/5I LOVE MY VITA!!
Pros: Quality build, camera is decent, functions are to many to list. Gaming is like being in my living room on PS3. speakers are amazing and loud, fast boot times and load times.
Cons: ATT lied to us about this bundle, only free game is Star Dust and you have to purchase a month of 3G before getting game voucher, also it takes 60 days to deactivate your 3G service.. Its a joke people huge false advertisement on ATT and Sony's part. The product is sound just overshadowed by greedy corporations.
