Sony PS3 250GB Bundle w/Uncharted 1&2 and Infamous 1&2

Pros: Came with 4 games which I ended up selling for $40 total. So i Basically bought a new 250gb PS3 for $200. (I bought this when the price of the bundle was 239.

Cons: none

Pros: Nice looking, stays relatively quiet, possible to get game out if PS3 bricks, comes with some great free games

Cons: Makes some funny noises sometimes, mostly when laying down.

Other Thoughts: It's a PS3 which means its pretty sweet

Pros: First and foremost, FREE ONLINE PLAY! Great to be back on playstation since my ps2 died long long ago. Much much better exclusive games. Like the patches and updates for games automatically. Nice size 250gb hdd. Wifi blutooth bluray. Infamous is great almost beat the first, nice high action packed game. Uncharted is like the tomb raider that never was. Nice story, graphics are amazing, little repetitive gameplay throughout but great none the less.

Cons: The charger cable length is pathetic at best. Only 3ft! I'm in front of a 50" screen that sucks when you run out of power and have to charge. Also why I got a second controller.

Other Thoughts: GET YOUR PS3 NOW ITS WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Pros: The PS3 came with everything and works perfectly.

Cons: The shipping took over a week, even though it said 3 day shipping.

Pros: -Slim design is nice for entertainment center storage
-250 GB hard drive is massive
-1080p output via HDMI with an HDCP capable monitor looks amazing
-DTS surround sound audio option is available along with standard Dolby Digital 5.1 and Dolby Pro Logic II
-Gigabit ethernet makes media streaming effortless
-Windows Media center PCs are able to connect and share through the PS3 software
-Playstation Store has become enormous and is a perfect companion for your new 250 GB hard drive
-Power cable does not require a bulky power brick, which works well with tight spaces
-Backing up and restoring system settings and data to external hard drives is a great option to have (do you hear me, MS???)
-Game selection is top notch, both on the Playstation Store and through exclusives (such as the ones included in this bundle)
-Plays Blu-Ray movies

Cons: -Playstation 2 backwards compatibility is non-existent
-Ultraslim model parts feel a bit cheaper than the older slim model (i.e. the sliding top for the Blu-Ray drive)

Other Thoughts: I held off on buying one of these until I had enough money for one of the slim models, but when I saw this bundle advertised as a Black Friday deal, I decided to wait until then and upgrade to the Ultraslim model instead. Just getting the 250GB system for $200 is a steal, but also getting the Infamous and Uncharted collections with the bundle makes this one of the best deals in console history. You also get to use it as a Blu-Ray and DVD player, so it will save you some space for other A/V components needing to connect with your home theater receiver.

My only gripe about all the Playstation models is still the controller. Why, oh why won't they just swap the left analog stick with the D-pad? That would have saved me the $40 I had to spend on a replacement controller, and it's more ergonomic than their current design. I just don't understand Sony's logic on this one.

It's too bad this particular bundle is all sold out now, because this was one heck of a deal. However, you can't go wrong with any of the other Playstation 3 models/bundles still available.

Pros: Got it for 199 when it was on sale. Good deal since it came with 4 games...

Cons: The shipping was a little slow even with rush processing...

Pros: I was looking for a ps3 bundle for my sister in law for Christmas and i was going to get her the assassins creed bundle then i saw this amazing deal for a 250 with four 5 star games so i was like awesome she will love this and im lovin it cause the price was amazing. so got her the bundle and Uncharted 3 and Assassins Creed 3 along with my batman games she will flip when she opens her gift ^_^ i bought the GOTY versions of Batman for myself and wrapped the reg versions so she will be ser with a ps3 and 8 games

Pros: I got the black Friday special so this was a great deal and very log S&H costs. Couple of free games in addition.

Cons: Sadly it arrived 3 days later than expected as a birthday wish. No one at UPS would give me updates on the status.
That is why the 4 eggs only.

Pros: The value of this bundle is tremendous. Four full retail games + a downloadable with 250gb of space. The console functions well. I like how it's lighter and uses less power.

Cons: I personally like the ridges and the slot load, but others may not like it. The plastic of the slot loader sounds cheap.

Other Thoughts: This is a must buy to those who haven't gotten a PS3 yet. It is not highly recommended to those who have a regular slim. The slot loader is actually more stable than you think. A YouTube video showed a guy dropping a sledgehammer on the PS3 three times and the slot loader still did not crack. It sounds cheap, but at least it holds up quite well to impact.
