Pros: It's a 12 month live subscription and it saves you about $20 from the retail store.

Cons: I had to make myself breakfast this morning? Yeah no real cons here!

Other Thoughts: Order before you need it cause shipping is mixed bag with Newegg, sometimes it arrives in 2 days and sometimes 5 to 7 days. I am not complaining so much as warning to order early! Shipping prices on Newegg are great!

Pros: Gold is the way to go if you want the most out of your 360, the ability to access many internet sites and stream movies/music as well as play online is easily worth a monthly fee.

Cons: Cost (lower is always better) and some services I don't actually use.

Other Thoughts: Glad I got a couple of these before the price raise in November.

Pros: Best pricing around. No matter where I have looked in the past, I always found cheaper here.

Other Thoughts: I won't harp on Microsoft charging for something that should be fee. We hear about it alot. However, I am definitely glad that the pricing has been low at newegg to help pay for it.

Knowing how the prices were moving up to $59.99, I picked up two of these for the next 24 months.

Pros: Lowest price around.

Cons: This should be free Microsoft.
New Egg as of the last two months can't make up there mind on the price. Are they going to nickel and dime us at every corner like Microsoft or give our wallet a break?

Cons: waiting for delevery(came 2 days after black ops released so i had to get a 1 month to play online)

Pros: It gets you 12 months of Xbox Live Gold. It's cheaper than going directly through Micro$oft.

Cons: Waiting for it in the mail, though it only took 2 days :)

Pros: Input the code, and off you go to xbox live gold land. Online multiplayer trumps anything playstation currently puts out.

Cons: It not being free to play online could be a con I guess lol?

Pros: Why would you buy this anywhere else? Newegg is the only retailer that I have found to sell a year of Live at this consistent low price.

Cons: This code does not make me a sandwich.

Pros: Price - Considering Microsoft's decision to recently increase the price of their Gold Membership subscription, this deal can't be beat! Get it NOW!

Packaging - The Xbox Live Gold Membership Card came in the original plastic packaging in perfect condition and then was shipped in a bubble envelope. (Perhaps a bit overkill, but I guess it shows the dedication to quality)

Shipping Time - I ordered mine at about 2:45pm on Monday, November 1st and then received it FOUR days later on Friday, November 5th using the Egg Saver shipping option. Impressive!

Code Works - Just entered it and everything works great!

Other Thoughts: Of course, 1 day after I purchased the card, they lowered the price from $43.99 to $39.99. Oh well... still I feel like I'm stealing from them at this price!

Pros: Now its back down to $39.99, and $1.99 shipping like it used to be a year ago.

Cons: I bought this a few days ago for $43.99 and $1.99 shipping, i feel like I got gypped lol. Eh I wish I waited till it got back down to 39.99 but w/e I guess thats better than $60. If they made this free shipping too it will be totally worth it. Even now it is.

Other Thoughts: M$ is going to make available a family plan of $100 bucks for a total of 4 gamertags for an entire year. so basically thats $25/gamertag for a whole year.

What you do is you get 3 of ur buddies and all 4 of you buy the family plan and split it 4 ways at $25 bucks per person. Then you each transfer your newly created gamer tags from the one console to whatever other console you want. Sweet!
So if you purchase the family plan thru the console make sure you dont forget to go online and deactivate the yearly renewal of the gamer tags from the credit card you used otherwise every 12 months it will get charged again.
