Pros: I ordered it from 3C4U a chinease merchant and i thought i would get some cheap knock off. It feels authenthic but has that cheap feeling to it too but it does what it does. You just plug it in and you play, pretty much it.

All the buttons are just as any xbox 360 controller, Dpad is horrid but i think that applies to every xbox 360 controller.

Cons: The left thumbstick started to get sticky just a few day of uses.

Pros: *Arrived in expected time, box itself in good shape, plug-and-play functionality

Cons: *Directional pad did not support diagonal movement, right trigger input was not smooth/linear, face buttons were loose/rattled. Could be Microsoft's QA slipping or not a genuine product, most likely depends on who sells it.

Other Thoughts: I had originally written an angry negative review but after contacting live support not only did they send me a free shipping label to return it, but they also caught my first review and offered me a gift card, not even asking for the item back!

There's a reason people buy from Newegg first, their service and support is phenomenal. Even though this was a small, non-essential purchase they did everything they could and then some for me, I would have no reservations about trusting them with a larger order.

Companies often catch flak for messing up, and it's only fair they're acknowledged when they do things very right.

Pros: -Simple, most games are plug and play
-Long Cord
-Cost Efficient

Cons: -Can feel odd if you have played with a battery pack
-Dpad

Other Thoughts: I don't think you buy one of these if you need a high feature pc controller like you would get buying a steam controller or something. This is for the buyer who wants no complications, and to plug and play.

Pros: Plug and played like I was suppose to be able to.

Other Thoughts: I was terrible with a mouse and keyboard. I'd played with a Playstation controller for all of my gaming life. I tried getting used to mouse and keyboard for 2 months, but I got my A kicked every game. I have improved since getting this, and it only took me a few hours to get used to it.

Pros: Works out of the box, no config or driver needed!

Cons: None.

Pros: -Works well with PC Games.
-Perfect for Steam.
-Long cord.

Cons: -None, works as intended

Other Thoughts: I bought this 2 years ago to play some steam games, never used it on the xbox 360 because I do not own one. The Controller works great and works on a surprisingly large number of games for pc.
