Microsoft Xbox 360 Kinect Sensor Bundle w/Gunstringer and Fruit Ninja Kinect

Pros: The Kinect technology is was above what you are paying for. The camera has a lot of features that aren't even being used yet.

Cons: The games are not good. My son enjoyed them for about a week, then the novelty wore off. No other Kinect games have came out he had any interest in whatsoever. The Biggest con is that it includes a microphone that my son could not figure out how to turn off. He would turn off his headset mic so other players would not here him, he quickly found out the mic on the Xbox kept transmitting and players heard him getting yelled at by mom more than once.

Other Thoughts: It's a very good piece of technology. But seems it was rushed to compete with the Wii's far simpler controls. At my house the tracking works quite well. Having consistent lighting and no obstructions is the key. And we have a big enough room to use it in. So no problems with the actual camera or functions. Just nothing anyone in my house wants to play.

Pros: Kids enjoy it

Cons: Doesn't work that well. The real problem is the technology doesn't work perfectly but when you are playing a video game you need the control to work perfectly. Imagine playing pong and the control randomly fails to move the paddle for no apparent reason, it would be annoying. Well that is what happens here. I have done everything I could think of, have moved furniture so that there is nothing behind anyone but a white wall, have tried wearing different color clothes, have gone to games with only a single player and still the system doesn't always work right. That is a problem when you need near perfect scores in some games to progress to the next level... My kids even gave up trying they were so annoyed by it... whats the point of a toy if it doesn't work... They are sticking with the Wii

Pros: Fun for a week. It was so boring to my kids, they played outside.

Cons: It bored my kids faster than any game on Earth. I was shocked. The games stink. I should have passed is the best way to sum it up.

Other Thoughts: Just keep on walking. Wait until it is dirt cheap and actually has an "OK" game. My kids could play with a rock longer than the Kinects.

Pros: Worked right out of the box. Gets me off the couch once in awhile.

Cons: fruit ninja and gun stringer are download only, no disc

Other Thoughts: All 3 games are fun. Its so much fun when you have people over. I don't use my WII anymore.

Pros: Got a good deal. Package arrived quickly. Everything works.

Pros: I bought this for my nephew. I shopped around and thought this was a good deal. Nice addition to the XBOX.

Cons: Non so far.

Pros: It does what it is supposed to. If you get to close you get a screen prompt to reposition yourself, same thing if you get too far away. I like how you can say 'Xbox' then give it voice commands to launch games, apps or play dvd's, that is waaaay cool!

Cons: If you live in a two-story house and the xbox is upstairs, move it downstairs. If you are out of shape, be careful not to get too into any sort of jumping. I hurt my ankle the first day I got it cause I was playing with the kids and jumping like I still was one. Woke up the next day, could barely walk. Oh well, lesson learned.

Pros: Control netflix with voice

Cons: Can't really think of any. Works great, does exactly what I want it to do.

Pros: Good family fun, got it on the first day, and had everyone interested in playing a little.

Cons: Not too many games for real gamers.
