Pros: The only good thing about Xbox Live is that you can chat for free “for now”

Cons: I have been on XBL for almost 10 yrs when it was just xbox and over the last few yrs things have really gone downhill. There are so many cheaters on live now you might as well go play PC. By the way that is where I am going. I really dislike that you have to pay $50 to watch Netflix that you’re paying 8 dollars a month for REALLY MICROSOFT!!!!! The windows media interface does not work. I set it up on my gigabit switch and it lags out on startup this is more of a testament to the very cheap components in the xbox360 its self. If you ever have to call into the XBL hotline you better bring a good novel because you’re going to be on hold for hours. My last big complaint is that Microsoft charges me $50 a year to use their service but when you ask them to do something about the cheaters or all the Glitching they say to you that it’s not their servers you’re playing on it’s the game design company’s server. SO THEN WHY AM I PAYING YOU $50 A YEAR TO PLAY??????

Other Thoughts: Do you remember when Microsoft made good products? They need to get past this arrogant streak they are on and get back to good customer service. Xbox Live and windows 8 how many disasters will they really be able to handle?

Pros: I got my key within minutes & was ready to go. Not only did it cost less than most other retailers, no wasted gas or time going to buy one.

Pros: Best bang for your buck here on Newegg. No one else comes close to the price when these go on sale. Enter the codes into your Xbox the same day of purchase. Digital codes to the email and on a printout was nice.

Cons: 5 limited per customer. None really unless you want to complain about long codes to enter.

Pros: email delivery...no trash to throw away, good price

Other Thoughts: Other people have stated that is took upto 2 days to receive that codes. It took mine THREE minutes! Yep, that's minutes folks. I am not sure if I bought at a non busy time or if Newegg has just speed up their online delivery services. When we buy in the future, I won't expect it to be as quick. And if it is, well that's just a bonus. But seriously, you can't go wrong with buying from Newegg. We looked around at stores and online and no one was cheaper than Newegg.

Pros: 12 month of Xbox live service delivered to my e-mail.

Cons: the ls Is and 1s look the same

Pros: -Code was delivered quickly and worked just fine

Cons: -Xbox live gave me a bit of a hassle to re activate my account.

Other Thoughts: Getting it digitally was a great idea. No trash to throw away after activating.

Pros: It's xbox live that's cheaper than buying from Microsoft. WINNING!

Other Thoughts: Turn off your automatic renewal with Microsoft, you will thank me later.

Pros: If you want to wait 1 or 2 days for something most would expect in minutes, then Newegg met their delivery obligation

Cons: I spent the average price for a full year's membership (~$50 US) and chose Newegg because it is my favorite retailer. I bought this for my son expecting to get the digital code fairly quickly but finally after 20 hours I received the code. Don't believe that Newegg is like other online retailers when it comes to downloadable content - it may be hit or miss.

Other Thoughts: Had I known that there would be this much delay, I would have bought this at a local retailer.

Pros: What can be wrong about a full year of XBL?
