Other Thoughts: I received the points code a couple of minutes after the payment was charged. The overall process took less than 10 minutes. The other night I ordered a code and they called me in two hours to verify that I purchased the code. I origanally thought it was supposed to be emailed within an hour. So I give a second shot at it and order again. FAIL!!! So my son doesn't have his points yet and chat support says 1-2 days processing. In two days I could drive pick up a code, they could mail me a code faster. I saved $0.60 and it cost me TIME. A to the mazon is where I will get the codes from now on. I'll pay the stupid sales tax, they got their system in check. Maybe Newegg will one day. Other Thoughts: Your super eggsaver shipping is terrible. I loved getting the free 3 day shipping and my stuff arriving next day. We live in a world that is going down hill, so should I really complain about you guys going down too? Just redeem code at XBL dashboard and done. Too easy! Cons: Really?!? Other Thoughts: It beats having to link a PayPal account or a credit card to my XBL account.
