Prepare for Titanfall

Crafted by one of the co-creators of Call of Duty and other key developers behind the Call of Duty franchise, Titanfall is among the most highly anticipated games of 2014, having been shrouded in mystery for nearly three years. The visionaries at Respawn have drawn inspiration from their proven experience in first-person action gaming, and are building on that pedigree by taking a new approach to game design and creating an all-new universe with Titanfall.

Fast-Paced Advanced Combat

The advanced combat techniques of Titanfall give you the freedom to fight your way as both elite assault Pilot and fast, heavily armored Titan.

"The Titan moves with speed and grace normally reserved for general infantry and handles like an extension of the Pilot himself, holding a weapon in a first-person view." - Game Informer

The Future of Online Multiplayer

Introducing the experience that combines fast-paced multiplayer action with the dramatically charged moments of a cinematic universe.

"A next-generation competitive multiplayer title that blurs the lines between traditional online shooters and single-player campaign." - Game Informer

Ogre Overview

There are no two ways about it - the Ogre is engineered to be the ultimate battle tank, in Titan’s clothing. As a consequence, the Ogre places a premium on its armor and offensive capabilities. When your mission demands maximum survivability, the Ogre is the only battle platform which consistently out-performs, out-shines, out-lasts and outlives everything else on the battlefield.

Stryder Overview

Survivability through speed and agility is the key to the Stryder's considerable battlefield prowess. Faster than every other Titan chassis on the market today, the Stryder's mobility is the culmination of many years of award-winning R&D into linear and rotary actuator technology. Of course, even with this agility advantage, the Stryder does not sacrifice any of the superior features your mission has come to depend on in the Hammond Robotics line of Titan battle platforms.

Atlas Overview

As a multi-role Titan, the Atlas excels where all other models fall short. The Atlas represents the state-of-the-art in weapons platforms and provides good protection and increased mobility over the Ogre chassis. Whether the mission demands reconnaissance, rapid assault, fire support, tactical support, or a combination of all these, Atlas frontline elements are dependable, powerful and, importantly, get results.

Titan Pilots are rated by "certifications," most of which apply to civilian applications, such as construction, shipping, and heavy salvage industries. The most prestigious of these is the Full Combat Certification - a widely published series of tests that grade a Titan Pilot's abilities.

1 out of 5 eggsNo Offline Single player mode1

Pros: Game is interesting and multiplayer if fun.

Cons: No Single player mode. Replay value sucks because of the lack of single player mode. I would want to play this game offline, if I go on deployments of if my internet goes down...

*All the ways you can get to one side of the map to the other
-Wall running
-Zip lines
-Flying through the air, from ejected out of your Titan
-Running on ground (boring way)
*Burn Cards (New temporary perk that lasts for 1 life)
*Massive explosions
*Giant robot Titans
*Smooth gameplay
*Fast to learn, Easy to understand
*Dedicated servers
*Server computing for all AI NPCs
*Low Bandwidth

Cons: *Some features not out, or in Beta
-Such as:
-Private matches
-Split screen
*Few game types
*lack of variation in current game types

Other Thoughts: I love them game, and it is my favorite for the Xbox one System right now. If you like Halo, Unreal Tournament, Call of Duty. This would be a fun modern game for you to play. Its a great mixture of many aspects of each.

I recommend this game for Xbox one and PC. I have not played the 360 version.

1 out of 5 eggsMade by Hacks

Pros: It's shooty.
The concept is interesting

Cons: Derivative gameplay
Limited weapons
Poor aiming control
Lackluster maps
"Campaign" is horrible
Feels hollow

Other Thoughts: I am sorry but this game just BLOWS!! Its definitely geared towards the console crowd, as a PC gamer I find this game very simple and uninspired. I get so bored I can only manage to play 1-2 games tops before I quit each session. Titans are ok but tend to dominate the games when one side gets a bunch and gangs up. This has the Halo-mentality of poor FPS design lauded as groundbreaking to the console crowd who know no better and haven't been saved yet by the world of PC gaming.................

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome Game Even Without Single Player

Pros: -Multiplayer fights feel epic, even when you're losing
-Excellent textures,
-Good control scheme
-Decently balanced and bug free gameplay... for an EA title

Cons: -Animations look rough up close (lots of clipping)
-Lack of single player campaign is disappointing, but if you're going to spend 99% of your time in multiplayer anyways, oh well

4 out of 5 eggsGreat game

Pros: Fun game. Great graphics.

Cons: Lacks single player. Rounds are very short. High learning curve. Gameplay becomes repetitive very quickly. I find myself doing the same thing on each level over and over again.

Other Thoughts: Overpriced at $60. I would put the price point at about $30. BF4 is a much better game.

5 out of 5 eggsLots of Fast Fun

Pros: This game is a lot of fun. Very fast paced. Lots of crazy and hectic things going on all at once.

Cons: Don't ever feel drawn into the campaign.

Other Thoughts: Game is played only online and doesn't have an offline mode. I don't have a problem with that, but maybe someone else will.

5 out of 5 eggsNice and different

Pros: Great graphics, great game mechanics and no story ..

Cons: No story, but who cares? They attempted to get everyone involved in a campaign that is co-op only.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome, Fast-Paced FPS

Pros: Titanfall has the mind numbing speed of the old Unreal Tournament games, the graphics of a high-end Call of Duty game, and an ease of interaction and movement over the map like I have never seen. It's a great first-person shooter that breaks out of the unaltered rut of big budget first person shooters like Battlefield and Call of Duty. It's definitely a must have game on the XBox One if you are remotely interested first person shooters.

Cons: On the Xbox One, you will experience some screen tearing and the occasional dropped server or game crash. It's not enough to really affect the enjoyment of the game, but it is slightly annoying.

Unlike most first person shooters, Titanfall has no single player campaign mode. It technically has a campaign, but it is really just a bunch of multiplayer matches with a half-baked story placed on top of it. If you don't like multiplayer online or play games for their story lines, this is not the game for you.

Other Thoughts: Titanfall rewards the experienced FPS player but is still approachable for a newbie. A week into the game, I'm still loving it! However, I can see some players burning out on it fairly quickly because of the intensity of the gameplay.
