He not only needs to help overthrow its ruthless dictator, Baby Panay, but he's also pursuing his former boss who's taken off with stolen money and joined up with Panay.

Play with complete freedom in over 1,000 square kilometers of island densely packed with mountains, beaches, jungles, and more. Open-ended, non-linear gameplay and no distracting side missions let you roam to your heart's content. Claw your way up a mountain in a 4x4 or roar across the desert in a dune buggy. Parachute onto a moving vehicle or pop your chute while standing on top to parasail from it. Vehicles and weapons are fully customizable with over 2,000 available parts. Mount laser-guided rockets or miniguns or carry a grenade launcher and drop sticky bombs as you parachute into action. The targeting reticule lets you target specific parts of your adversary – or their ride.

Next-gen graphics bring the varied environments, vehicles and opponents to life. And, a significantly enhanced AI has your opponents dynamically adapting to your actions – corner flanking, calling in re-enforcements, commandeering vehicles to chase you, or calling in airstrikes to wipe you out.
