Borderlands 2 Xbox 360 Game 2K Games

Pros: I found this game to be not quite as good as the first Borderlands, but it definitely stands on its own.

The characters are interesting and amusing, and I appreciate the references back to the first game.

I took personal amusement with the main antagonist. Every time you thought he could not get any worse and be more of a terrible human being, he would take another step past that line. He would do that again, and again, and again. It was almost too much at times, but I liked how he was the bad guy, but just slowly kept getting worse.

Cons: Part of this may be sequel syndrome, but some of it felt like they were trying too hard.

The humor wasn't quite as original, and I found it to be far more crude and direct. I rather enjoyed the subtly of some of the humor of the first game. I did not find myself quietly chuckling nearly as much in this game.

Other Thoughts: Overall the game was just shy of the first. I am not sure if it was the change in the humor (more over-the-top and sometimes felt they were trying too hard instead of letting it be more natural), sequel syndrome, minor changes in game play, or a bit of all three.

That being said, if you liked the first one definitely pick this one up, just remember to keep an open mind.

Borderlands 2 is a space cowboy western that unfolds beautifully.

Cons: *DLC needed for Mechromancer, -5th character

Other Thoughts: Clearly one of my favorites.

I don't recommend playing with strangers, due to glitches and mods, and dup weapons, Also random farm looting tend to occur.

The DLC is quite good as well, adding more missions and weapons and vehicles.

Free Golden Keys and Outfits, Weapons with Shift codes is a nice touch.

Pros: Great game for people that like a Diablo like FPS

Cons: price but that goes for all games

Pros: I rarely buy a games the day they release but borderlands is worth it, borderlands 2 is everything you wanted in the first game but more, its longer, better controlls weapons vehicles, better bosses, story and character. As well as better graphics/sound and level design. If you liked the fist game buy this, heck if your a fan of Phantasy Star Online back on the dreamcast/gc buy this. Its a awesome RPG. Its coop is what fallout 3 should off been like.

Cons: Besides the minor bugs ud exspect from a game this big its perfect.

Pros: This game is beyond what its expectations were, seriously! I Played the first Borderlands three times over with all the expansions. This one blew me away~ The characters play flawlessly and the talent trees given are very easy to customize and understand, I hear complaints about B2 being a bit easier than the first, but once you beat the game (which is standard to easy for some i gather) and you play the game a second time around its a whole new ball game with harder badies and bosses. Tons of quests to do and a real sense of accomplishment when the game is finished not to mention the Bazziliooon guns you aquire threw your hardships. The graphics fall on cel shading as did the first which is a fantastic way to represent the graphics. 5 Characters to choose from as of last week. The story is very fun and amazing, if you want the full experience i'd say to buy borderlands 1 then switch over to 2. As there are some major plot spoilers. This game ranks 11 out of 10. Just played threw the first expansion and it was fantastic. A great game better to play with friends or by yourself. Borderlands to me personaly is what Mario bro's was to me back in the 80s.! That is saying alot!

Cons: Only Con would be that theres even a Con box on newegg for borderlands 2. Buy the game invite a friend!

Other Thoughts: Who is anyone to tell me i cant listen to my favorite music, i dont need to like pop like everyone else, even though i was born in 80 the 70s genre works for me..... oh you mean about the thoughts i had about the game?

Pros: A Bazillion Guns! Oh, and large open areas to explore and a awesome skill tree and four really charaters to use and they added a much deeper story to the game and the controls have been tweaked to perfection.

Cons: $10 dollars for 1 extra charater? The Mechromancer. This is asking a little to much on top of the asking price for the game.

Pros: Great game, same humor as original. Takes some getting used to with the differences, especially if you played the first one a lot. Well worth the money for the amount of gameplay I've gotten out of it so far.

Cons: Not much bad I can say about it though I did agree with another poster about Scooter or even Zed not being the same. The one egg loss was for newegg not honoring pre-order bonus content. So it's not a refection of the game but on newegg.

Pros: Very good game. I haven't stopped playing it!!!

Cons: Consumes too much of my time because its so good!

Pros: It's Borderlands. You know what to expect. Kill tons of stuff, enjoy the humor.

Cons: I don't care much for the menu redesign (skills, backpack, etc.), and the dialog is annoying. Never bring back characters unless you are true to their previous style. Scooter isn't as fun anymore, for example.

Pros: -Very good game, enjoyed the first very much and Ill probably have this one beat within the day.

Cons: The 10$ gift card that was supposed to come with it isnt there, even though it shows up on the receipt.(not really a big deal because its just 10$ and I didnt expect it to come anyways.)
Lost an egg for terrible shipping handling, the case is literally snapped in half and its pretty clear that the game was stepped on or something during the shipping process. right away I was really unhappy until I opened it up and can see that the game itself has no scratches and it fine. Still a loss of an egg cause the game case is pretty cool, but not so much snapped in half.

Other Thoughts: perhaps shipping it in a box like the rest of the games I ordered instead of a paper envelope may, "MAY" help with the lazy and carelessness of the UPS shipping team.
