Pros: Fun for the beginner. Lots of moves. But there's the catch...

Cons: Controls are horrible. Things that should work just don't. Try leaping onto a downed opponent, let alone leaping onto him with a strike. It just won't happen. Got it like 1 out of maybe 10 attempts during the tutorial. Got zero during actual fighting. Grappling moves on the ground should work, but they simply don't. What should be an easy transition turns into your fighter just lying on his back doing ABSOLUTELY nothing!!!. And that's as a BJJ or a Judo specialist, so forget about if you're a striker.

And this game has the most annoying load times. Even skipping intros doesn't skip the full intro.

Anyway, the controls are so far from what the tutorial teaches. And speaking of which, I don't need to see the same demo OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER everytime I want to practice.

Also, changing the logo on your shorts goes 7 levels deep! It's just not programmed well at all. Stick with Fight Night Round 4, folks.

Other Thoughts: The music is re-tar-d-ed. (Sorry if newegg doesn't accept free speech in the common vernacular and censors the prior word in all its forms). Sorry, but Stemm is a redneck/faux goth band who write music for 13 year old head banger wannabes (oh wait, THERE ARE NO HEADBANGERS SINCE THE 80'S. Dana White thinks they're cool, which shows how out of touch with the mature adult world he is. He forbade playing a song from Metalocalypes, which is darn good music.

Pros: Very fun game with great graphics. It is easy to jump in and get started, but challenging to master. Great replay value.

Cons: Needs more fighters, more flexibility in jumping weight classes. Commentators wear thin fairly quickly.

Other Thoughts: This is easily the best sport fighting game I have played!

Pros: If you are an MMA fan, and a fan of fighting games where button mashing isn't a viable strategy, this is probably the game for you. A deep rich control system that gets better the better you get. There's a lot of fun to be had in this game, either against a friend or against the computer.

Cons: The level of complexity in this game isn't for everyone. This isn't a game you can pick up and get comfortable with immediately. It really does take some time to get comfortable with. Keep that in mind.

Pros: Very deep game, but it takes a long time to learn the controls. Coming from a martial artist's perspective it is a WONDERFUL game. The stand-up game is realistic, and the ground game is awesome once you get the hang of it. The career mode is over challenging at first, but as your fighter gets better stats, the fights become easier, but still challenging.

Cons: Submissions have been close to impossible to pull off so far, which is extremely annoying! Load times are a little long, but these are the only real cons of the game.

Other Thoughts: A must own if you are a UFC fan or a fighter PERIOD. The classic fight section is enjoyable, but needs some work. Hopefully there are more UFC games like this to come!

Pros: Of course 1 pro is the fighting, the gameplay is just amazingly fun, the graphics are the best i have seen besides gta4, controls are extremely easy to learn except for some of the reversals...

Cons: online playing people can be stupid cause they dont know what they doing so they just try to do takedown too fast... another con is that the career portion of it can get kinda boring and the training in career mode sucks...

Other Thoughts: cant believe the pricing on newegg for this game i was gonna pay 53 dollars used at gamestop and said the heck with that ill support newegg instead, i have found plenty of other great games on here also worth buying for the price, just wish they would send me a free gift or something, maybe another xbox 360 wireless controller or something...

Pros: realistic fighting techniques, fun once you get a grasp on the ground game

Pros: Tons of characters, over 80 i believe with 5 different weight classes. Presentation is amazing with great realistic graphics. everyone from the fighters to the announcer to the ring girls to the cut men and corner men all look fantastic.

Gameplay is very fun and rewarding. punching, kicking, knees, elbows, clinch striking, takedowns, ground and pound, transitions, submissions. flash knockouts are very gratifying offensively and always keep you on your toes defensively.

the gameplay itself is very deep, lots of different fighting positions ranging from standing probing range, standing clinch range, to clinch, guard, half guard, mount, back mount, side control, etc etc.

3 striking styles and 3 grappling styles let you win fights by KO, TKO, submission or judges decision.

Cons: career mode is decent but just like similar games (fight night) there isn't a whole lot that separates fights besides of course the opponent and difficulty. you can train and spar and unlock sponsors to customize your fight shorts but it's nothing amazing.

navigating the menus is very annoying sometimes, especially when in career mode and changing your fight shorts sponsors.

playing on xbox live is laggy lots of the time and almost everyone with a good ranking in ranked matches quits whenever they lose and it gets registered as a "connection error" and no one gets a win or loss. but they're coming out with a patch for that soon.

Other Thoughts: overall it's a great game. i pre-ordered it here for 53 bucks and it arrived at my house at the date it was released. it's currently 40 bucks which is a great deal.

any UFC/MMA/fight fan or simply a fan of fighting games should enjoy this game. it's a very rewarding brutal but technical fighting game.

Pros: Fighting styles are great fun. Knockouts are the best. Looks great!

Cons: The menu is very slow. alot of time wasted flipping through slow pages and loading.

Pros: I am a big fan of the UFC, so I'm kind of biased. Anyway, this game is great! A lot of people complain about it being to easy, but they are playing in beginner difficulty, you can change it to experienced, advanced or expert.

Cons: The only thing I don't like is that the text is very small. Maybe I should a bigger tv!
