Player Projection Technology Puts You Inside the Game--• Ubisoft’s proprietary Player Projection technology puts you in the game. Instead of the 16-dot tracking in other games, Your Shape Fitness Evolved tracks over 1 MILLION dots on your body. That means better tracking, no lag, and 100% player engagement.

Fitness Your Way--- You choose how you want to play – do you want a personal trainer to help you meet your specific fitness goals? Or do you want to take a class such as Yoga, Martial Arts, or Tai Chi? You can also get the family involved in fun mini-games like dancing, target practice and more! No matter what you choose, you’ll burn calories, have fun, and improve your fitness level.

Cutting-Edge Workouts Created by Fitness Experts--• Your Shape features workout classes from well-known fitness experts. Michael George, who has trained celebrities including Reese Witherspoon and P.Diddy, leads a Martial Arts class. Michelle Bridges, trainer for all 5 seasons on Australia’s “The Biggest Loser”, teaches a special weight loss class.

Never Do the Same Workout Twice--The game comes with hundreds of exercises

2 out of 5 eggsYou have to purchase points?

Pros: Sounds like fun, but...

Cons: You mean you have to purchase MS points for some of the activities, in addition to buying the game?

Other Thoughts: I'm reading reviews of kinect and kinect games, in order to reach a decision about buying it. But when I discover that I have to purchase points in addition to the game, it turns me off from kinect!

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Workouts

Pros: If you need to get in shape, this will help you achieve that goal. Customized workout plans are great. There are activities and different workout styles to keep you from getting bored. Some more advance workout add ons are available for when you are ready to kick it up a notch. Ability to use of weights during workouts is a plus. Heavier weights can even be used for those looking primarily to build muscle mass.

Cons: Outside of the workout routines, there are not enough "games". The games are not difficult enough.

Other Thoughts: This product works great when used in conjunction with other products. Use this product 3 times a week and break it up with other workout-like products (like a Dance game) or Kinect Adventures. You might need a towel to wipe your face when sweaty--Kinect sometimes has a hard time figuring things out when you get sweaty/shiny. Stretching before and after is recommended.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Pick for Kinect.

Pros: I have been looking for a good cardio solution indoors during winter. I get tired of the same old exercises, and this game has some amazing options to replace those. The Kinect movement tracking in this game is extremely precise, and I really like how it actually helps you exercise "correctly".

The gym activities are pretty fun as well. They help work on your core and increase your balance etc.

I like the lack of avatar. It gives the game a more "real" feeling for exercise.

Cons: They placed the purchaseable content up front in all the selection screens. That is a bit of an annoyance, but it doesnt really take away from the game itself.

Other Thoughts: I think the fact that it shows "you" on screen is a great motivational tool. It reminds me a lot of gym's I have been to in the past that have mirrors everywhere. I tend to work harder on my problem areas when i see them.

4 out of 5 eggsVery Good Game but Needs Some Work

Pros: It will get you moving and has specific routines for your goals. Some of the Games are actually good when you just want to sweat without a routine. Ability to track your technique so you get the most out of the exercises.

Cons: Uneven Lighting can throw Kinect Off and have you missing the timing. Also, if there's an event you're just not getting the game has no ability to slow it down so you can step through it.

Other Thoughts: Overall, it is a great Product and works well for stabilizing your core, getting you moving and making you sweat. There are also a bunch of downloadable routines That offer different degrees of challenge so it should last a long time.

I've been doing the routines for about a week now and honestly I feel great, I really notice the Improvement in my core and reduced pain in my upper back.

1 out of 5 eggsNot a good game for gamers

Pros: So I read a review about this game, several, hearing that it was a good game to get gamers off the couch, and was friendly even for fat gamers who frankly don't have gym memberships. Well, that was all way off, the primary reason I don't have a gym membership is I don't want a trainer barking at me, and I don't want to look at myself from the fifty different mirrors in the room. Well if those are two reasons you don't go to a gym, then this game will turn you off as much as it turned me off

Cons: 1) The fitness and training instructors are almost exactly like what you would find a gym, only you can turn your TV down at least. Still it was in many ways less helpful then in a gym. When I finished an exercise set the voice would say things like thats not what we're looking for, or clearly you could do better. Well what's better? I mean I spent 20 minutes telling you all about my body type, exercise level and desires, you can't give me some feedback on how well I should be doing or even what a good score is?

2) No avatar, this is the real deal killer for me. Its me in orange on the TV, but basically a camera view of me in orange. One of the last things on earth someone looking to get into shape wants to see on their TV is themselves. No thank you biggest loser, no thank you Your Shape. Yes I want to get into better shape, I don't want to watch myself exercise.

Other Thoughts: 3) the Game modes were frankly not fun at all. There wasn't a single game where I thought, well at least this is fun. None of its fun. All of the game types are frankly a let down.

4) This is the only kinect game we have that doesn't track you right. The other 4 kinect games track you just fine, but in a game where you have to have precise movements to keep in rhythm with your trainer, it rarely kept track of me, my feet would disappear most often, regardless of how far or back I would stand. This was also really difficult as lots of the menus require you to use your feet to pick the number of players, why?

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Fitness Motivator

Pros: Thoroughly enjoying this game. I have incorporated it into my fitness routine and it is working muscles long neglected.

Cons: None that I can think of

Other Thoughts: I'm impressed with this new technology and will be excited to see what new direction this takes gaming technology.
