I went to fill in return and find out I have to pay to have shipped to get my money back. Come on this is ridiculous. This little package that weighs no more than an envelope is $10.50 to ship, that's highway robbery. I will never order anything from newegg again. Intec does not provide solutions, was referred to datel for service who suggested I buy a new one because mine is broke. Nice.
