Pros: While spending a fortune on batterys yearly, I found a solution to finally save money and this product did it so easy. It sits on my desk, I just drop in the controllers and forget about them. Couldn't be easier. No battery removing, no time wasted, and it stores the pads in one place so their easy to find and charges them at the same time.

Cons: I just ordered 2 new controllers I've worn out and wanted to buy a new charger but it was out of stock

Other Thoughts: As a professional gamer this was a give in.

Pros: - Includes everything you need. Nothing extra to buy.
- USB port is a brilliant addition.
- Very easy to set the controllers on the dock to begin charging, you don't have to snap them in.
- Super cool that it indicates charging status.

Cons: None so far.

Pros: Works as expected. For nearly the price of a pack of batteries, this is a great value.

A fully charged battery pack seems to last significantly longer than a set of new batteries. I also really like the fact that I'm not having to throw used batteries away.

Fast charging time and dock has a charging progress indicator.

Cons: The battery pack must be in a controller in order to charge on the dock. This was expected as this is the norm with most rechargeable products.

Other Thoughts: Two controllers will charge simultaneously, but will take nearly twice as long to charge. Flip side is that one controller charges from 0 - 100% pretty fast (Approx an hour).

When I first started using the rechargeable battery packs, one of my controllers kept losing power. I would turn it back on and it would show a full charge, but after a few more minutes of use, it would happen again. I took the battery pack off, inspected the controller cavity, battery pack and all metal contacts. Everything looked fine, so I put the battery pack back in place and I haven't had the problem again after several months of use. I believe the first time I installed the battery pack, it was not seeded properly which would cause the contacts to separate while I feverishly mashed the controller buttons.

One more thing I'd like to add: There's a single USB socket on the front of the charging dock. I don't see any mention of it in the product description and I've never used it so I'm not sure what it does. My assumption is that it can be used as an alternate power source, but I can't say for sure.

Pros: Super easy way to deal with wireless controllers. Well worth the money. No more looking for batteries, swapping batteries, throwing out spent batteries...

Pros: works perfect and the charge lasts quite a while. newegg is also fantastic! my order came in the very next day!

Cons: none. no real drawbacks with anything.

Pros: It looks pretty cool. I got a more updated version of the charger. Most of it looks the same, but the icons are now images that light up on the charger. It also now indicates if it is charging, 50% full, 75% full and 100% full. This is a great device and charges my controllers quickly.

Cons: It might take a second or two to adjust the controllers to fit and charge on the charger. Instructions in the box are terrible, but should not be needed.

Other Thoughts: The charger seems great and I have had no problems with it. It's going to save me a lot of batteries. I have tired using rechargeable batteries for my controllers, but they would always get stuck in the battery pack, so when removing them it would slightly damage each time. This charger solves that problem, since the whole battery pack is charged when attached to the controller. This is cheaper than the Microsoft chargers, but it is just as good.

Pros: Holds charge a LONG time. Provides a great place to put your controllers.

Cons: I can't report any cons. The thing just works, period.

Other Thoughts: I've used this setup for about 3+ years now. I can play all day and not use up the charge. "All day" for me is about 8 hours. Plus, when I do take a break I just place it back on the charger and it charges up again very quickly. Buy one, you won't regret it.

You can tell when it is finished charging.
Charged up in 2 hours.
