N/A 10/16/2012 10:53:40 AM Tech Level: 4/5 Ownership: 2/5	Rating: 1/5Disappointed Pros: Easy to hook up and use, fit is ok. Sound is great when not using the microphone. Cons: Hissssssss!!!! Microphone is WAY WAY WAY too sensitive for the monitor. When you mute the mic everything is fine, but unmuted it plays back EVERY noise in the house. I don't think it transmits all the noise, but I had a radio on a football game in a bedroom with the door shut, unable to hear it on it's own, but with the headphones on in the other end of the house I could hear every word coming back through the headphones. I could hear my cat's footsteps walking on tile! It is way too distracting hearing the world around you when you want headphones for an isolated gaming experience. Other Thoughts: I bought these at a local big-box store, and hopefully will be exchanging them today for something else. Don't waste your money! Did you find this review helpful? Nice styling and fit Cons: The buzzz...zzzz.....z..........zzzz......zzzzz (see other thoughts.) Something about the syncing process between headphones and receiving unit just doesn't feel "solid." Other Thoughts: Was looking to upgrade from the X31's so I purchased these at a local retailer instead of newegg because I had read reviews that were less than stellar. I went and got them because I find I am typically not plagued by problems that people make note of in reviews, not this time. After completing the syncing process and beginning to play games I noticed a strange vibration/buzz/humm that I almost thought was coming from my 360. Upon further investigation and isolating all other noises in the area, discovered it was indeed coming from the headphone speaker. If the buzz wasn't there these would be 5 stars. No pops, clicks or any interference. I have had no trouble with wifi interference, but then, I don't have it placed right next to my router either. I haven't tried the microphone setup, because I don't do much online team stuff, so I use out without the extra cable that connects to the controller, and just rotate the mic up out of the way. Using rechargable batteries, and have at least 10-12 hours on current charge, still going... Cons: None so far.
