Cons: The device I received was in poor condition. Scratches on screen and poor battery life. Do Not Buy.

Pros: Cosmetically good condition, no obvious scratches or scuffs. Both the phone and accessories were well packaged. I tested a few apps seems working fine. ATT locked. phone came in with iOS 6.0.1.

Cons: 1) horrible battery drain - not sure whether it's mainly due to iOS 6 universal batt drain issue, or a partially defective or very used battery - no idea how the refurbishment work was done to these phones
2) phone has no sound from earpiece (noticed when i tried to placed a call out, heard nothing on the handset; turning on loudspeaker did make it audible). Using a earbuds with mic will work, but the earpiece itself should work.

Other Thoughts: tried repair solutions Apple tech support suggested (since I own other Apple products, this phone shows no manufacturer warranty/support at all with Apple.com): "reset" on the phone; "restore iphone" in iTunes on Mac; eventually updated iOS to 6.1.3. Nothing changed the earpiece, still no sound as dead.
I bought this phone with a $50 mail-in rebate promo, but I am very careful about the return/refund policy on refurb phones, especially with MIR. Newegg only offers 30-day replacement with no refund available for this phone. Plus filing MIR would void even only just a replacement support. They probably wouldn't pay for your return shipping - even it's defective reported by you. Glad I used shoprunner as my original shipping methods, so my return is surely free. Then I did test the phone using two days then noticed the issue.

Do your research well before buying this phone, and maybe other refurb non-refundable items from Newegg. good luck

Pros: It has everything that I wanted. A place for my events, reminders, and grocery list for when there is no pencil. I don't use it much except for playing with and it's my first touch screen.

Cons: The first one I bought had dead pixels, what can you do. I'm on my second one now and have to return it because the home button just quit working. Very random. I am getting a third because I really do love the lay out and size of the phone.

Other Thoughts: These are refurbished so what can you do, but newegg's customer service has been outstanding. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!!

Pros: works as advertised and its an iphone

Other Thoughts: phone came with a nice shiny screen and case, only 1 visible stratch on it less then a cm long next to charger port, so win win.

Pros: Phone works great while it's plugged in.

Cons: Fully charged phone loses 25% of battery life after sitting idle for 2 hours. Recharged, made 2x 5 minute phone calls and the battery quit again.

Also, the USB cable had seen better days and is starting to come apart, you can see bare wire exposed.

Other Thoughts: Very disappointed in the quality of the phone. With the price of a replacement battery being so cheap, you'd think they'd put a new one in before they send these things out. It's going back and I'm not very hopeful that the replacement will be any better.

Pros: I AM SUPER TECH SAVY AND LOVE THE CAPIBILITY OF THE IPHONE, FAST BUT ONCE ITS TIME TO UPDATE YOU CANT.

Cons: EXCEPT IT DOESNT OPEN PDF FILES UNLESS I DOWNLOAD AN APP FOR IT AND ONCE YOU UNLOCK THE PHONE YOU CANT UPDATE THE INFORMATION AT ALL.

Pros: It's a great phone. price is acceptable and quality is perfect. although it's a recetified, it looks completly new.

Cons: it didnt come with the org box and that box seem ugly for me
