update from previous
Pros: Sturdy compact design, wifi, camera\video, touch screen w/webOS, clarity on phone. This is a phone to suit my needs which is an upgrade from a phone that had a 1.5" screen without the above features and it now works with TMobile pay as you go plan with the same phone number.
Cons: Did not get service when non-ATT SIM card first inserted, but through forums, how to's, and while USB cabled to Windows 7 (tried an XP machine first) the "TMobile" popped up on the phone's screen. Creating a Palm profile had to be done this way also. Keyboard is good except when holding shift or special key and needing to press keys next to those keys. Also qwerty design does represent the same symbols that accompany the number keys (there are no 1 and exclamation mark through 0 and right parenthesis keys). The numbers are typed while holding a special shift key and it has other keys for symbols. This ups the task if using special keys in passwords made from true qwerty keyboards.
Other Thoughts: I keep the micro-magnetic headphone adapter snapped on the end of my headphone's plug to decrease the odds of losing it. The process has increased my tech knowledge, maybe above average but not somewhat high

Did I pay 4 for a locked phone?
Pros: small, heavy like.. Is it heavy? then it's expensive
Cons: heavy enough to slip out of my hand if not gripped firm enough...but a more important con is it does not appear to be in an unlocked state...after inserting TMobile SIM I need a PIN, tried a few but there is a limit, called Customer Care at TMO and the rep basically said to call ATT.
Other Thoughts: cannot get passed the lock to tell about any features, like makes and receives phone calls and texts
