Please read the product description carefully for all unlocked cell phones.

Some unlocked cell phones sold by Newegg may have previously been locked to a specific carrier. A carrier-locked cell phone may often have carrier-specific applications and branding. Some of these applications cannot be unlocked and/or may not function with a different carrier. Also, applications requiring a data plan may result in data usage charges from the original carrier.

In addition, the cell phone box may arrive unsealed and the cell phone may appear previously handled. The unlocking procedure requires unsealing the box and manually handling the cell phone. In this case, the cell phone should not be considered "tampered with" or "defective".

2 out of 5 eggs

Pros: works fine

Cons: This is not a "smart" phone and it is very small and the screen is hard to read. It gets lost in my small pocketbook. Very outdated technology.

Other Thoughts: I would not recommend this phone to anyone

1 out of 5 eggsWorthless

Pros: Its a really sleek phone and offered a lot of good features for the price tag. Has a nice little phone on it and takes some decent pictures. The full keyboard is a nice perk and is very streamlined. All in all bang for buck this phone is awesome.

Cons: I can't get reception anywhere. At first I thought it was my town (though we have 4g) but after going to a major city I think it's more of a problem with the phone. It looses signal and despite rebooting and several other attempts to reset the phone it fails to get signal.

Other Thoughts: It's a great phone for the price tag... however, if it doesn't get cellphone reception its worthless and would be better suited for a paper weight.

3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: This phone looks cool and has a full keyboard for texting. It has a pretty intuitive GUI.

Cons: The touch screen is essentially useless because it can only be used for dialing. It seems a waste to give it the touch screen capabilities and then not really make it useful.

Other Thoughts: It feels like it won't last for more than a few years, but I guess most people don't keep phones for much more than than anyways.

3 out of 5 eggsLG Neon

Pros: Very lite, Good price affordable, Loud, Picture Good when there alot of light, Store wanted $169 unlock Got it way less Here and its a no brainer.

Cons: Browser button dead smack in the middle which gets in the way when navigating Go's to internet when i dont want to. Need to Hit the Letter O twice to show up on the Screen, Battery life Not Grate I Carrier around a back up Charger from my last LG Cell in case i overly use the Cell cuz i Text alot. Pictures must be Taken from the Side instead of holding the cell Up N Down, Responce alittle slow And Its 2G :(

4 out of 5 eggsTakes Getting Used To

Pros: ok so this phone is a good mid-range phone, good screen res for the size and price, ok musc player (though it locks up if you have too many playlists), camera res is decent, easily takes ringtones via mms or the micro sd slot (though they have to be under 200kb to work, is great for making your own i have a good 30 on mine)

Cons: If you slide the device closed to hard and too often you will experience problems with the device turning off, and in some extreme cases can cause the screen to not display. The latter was an easy fix. No 3.5mm headphone jack. No flash on camera (though good adjustment on the EV balance, so it's almost a wash)

Other Thoughts: All in all if you're looking for a middling phone at a middling price and don't mind using an adapter for headphones grab this one

3 out of 5 eggskeep looking

Pros: Well it hasn't died on me yet! It's an LG, which is a PRO because I know no matter how much i'm just not a fan of this phone, it's not going to break. Battery life is wonderful.

Cons: The touch screen is only used for calling, and they couldn't have made the keys take up the whole screen so you could easily use it. When you flip it open or closed it takes too long to adjust the screen. It feels like you have to hit 15 buttons just to get to your messages.

Other Thoughts: I got this phone because i decided to spend a little extra money. Would not do it again. I haven't found a way yet to download ring tones for free (when almost every other phone has a way to do it one way or another) Which makes the SD card practically useless to me. I'm not a big phone person to begin with, but this one definitely brings down my sanity on some days.
