4 out of 5 eggsSolid midrange phone

Pros: Inexpensive phone that does the job. Supports T-Mobile LTE network. Has SD card support and a removable battery.

Cons: Low amount of memory, older version of Android, screen isn't very good in daylight.

Other Thoughts: Picked this up when it was last on sale and found it to be a solid Android phone. As mentioned, the limited memory would be a problem if it weren't for the fact that the phone can be rooted and apps moved to the SD card. It also runs 4.1.2, so it is a bit behind the times. (Tho, Kitkat is supposed to come out for this phone at some point.)

The screen is pretty poor in full sunlight, but indoors it looks pretty good.

Given my limited needs for a phone it fills the purpose. For more heavy Android use, I tether my Nexus 7 to it to take advantage of T-Mobile's LTE (Tho tethering really kills battery life.) For those who don't need a high-end smart phone, this is a good option.

1 out of 5 eggsTerrible service

Pros: Screen size

Cons: After less than 2 month of use, the charger piece at the bottom became loose. Called LG and returned to them. they sent an e-mail stating that the malfunction of the phone was due to physical damage and that I have to pay $48 to rapair it. What a rip off. Phone is less than two month and came with one year warranty. I can get another one brand new for about $100. I will never buy any AG phone , neither will I recommend it to family and friends.

Other Thoughts: Will definitely go along with samsung

4 out of 5 eggsLG Optimus F6 T-Mobile Phone

Pros: Nice phone at a good sale price. The phone worked from the moment I put in the SIM card.

Cons: The phone does not adjust to external lighting automatically and the sound quality to the speaker phone is poor. The other limiting factor to this phone is the very limited internal memory which you will find out very early is an issue.

2 out of 5 eggsPoor storage on phone

Pros: Not too many.

Cons: Phone storage space is severely compromised because of the bloatware put on the phone by T-mobile. If I had known, I would not have bought this phone...even for fifty bucks. Now, I'm going to have to root the phone. I have an SD card with App2SD installed and it doesn't help.

4 out of 5 eggsExcellent Smart Phone

Pros: Large Screen
Great Battery
Good performance
Decent Camera

Cons: Low internal memory
Old Android
Not HD Resolution

Other Thoughts: As a lower priced smartphone this thing is great. It's a great starter smartphone for people that want a good smartphone on a budget. for $100 this thing is excellent for web/social/media use. The screen is large and sharp although it's not HD (I believe it's only 540p) but the battery life is great as I've used this thing for up to two-three days on one charge.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat phone at this price point

Pros: This is a great phone at this price point, especially if you get it on one of the 99 dollar deals. More features than I use (or know how to use yet), but that are pretty awesome. Great operating system. Love the glass on this phone as well, very smooth and responsive to touch; operation is a breeze. Great plan through T-Mobile and fast 4G vs other higher cost providers with slower 4G.

Cons: I had to go to a T-Mo store to activate this phone, which is archaic in today's phone provider world. On top of that, even though this phone came with a T-Mo sim card, they charged me $10 for activation which is normally for the card for a phone without one. When I questioned it, the employee asked her manager, who said very uncertainly that..."umm, well, all phones have to have that charge". Knocking off an egg for these two points which have nothing to do with the phone itself, but annoyed me highly that day. T-Mo's service and network has been awesome, though, WAY better than Sprint that I had.

Other Thoughts: Overall this is a great phone, with features, operation/performance, and feel of phones above this price range.

3 out of 5 eggsGreat phone, substandard antenna

Pros: LG's software additions to the Android OS are fantastic.
Phone itself is fast and responsive.

Cons: With my old phone (Samsung Vibrant S), I never lost connectivity to the tower within my own home. With the LG Optimus F6, I frequently lose connection which forces the phone to switch over to wifi mode. While it's great that TMO has this feature, it does highlight the fact that the F6 has a poorer signal than my 4yr old Vibrant.

Other Thoughts: I would have recommended this phone to my wife (who wants a new phone) had it not been for the signal issues. As it stands, we're looking elsewhere.

5 out of 5 eggsReally nice phone

Pros: Good display, fast processor and nice form factor
We bought this for our daughter and she really likes the phone. The screen is not too big and the response to touch is very good.

Cons: haven't found any so far

2 out of 5 eggsGood Phone - LG Warranty Does NOT Protect Consumer

Pros: Lots of Features

Cons: Small/Limited Memory for Apps.
Most apps can not be installed on SD Card.
Warranty is subjective.
Warranty does not protect consumer investment.
LG has poor customer support.

Other Thoughts: BUYER BEWARE:
WARRANTY is written in terms that allow LG to deny repairs, LG has poor customer support. LG Service cited 2% of their products required a warranty repair.

4 out of 5 eggsGood deal for decent a smart phone

Pros: Have SD slot for memory expansion.
Light weight
Just the right sizes not too big like them galaxy S4 or small like the IPhone 5

Cons: Low memory on base phone
T-Mobile only

Other Thoughts: Could been better if the phone is universal for other carriers.
