Cons: See my previous view of this phone. 2 stars off for the mystery of how to receive the FREE minutes.

Other Thoughts: I was clearing my desk & came across the packing slip from the TracFone that I recently purchased from newegg. There printed on the packing slip was the Airtime PIN number. I tried it & it worked!!! In the past that number was always on an Airtime card. I was looking in vain for a card that didn't exist.
Neither newegg nor TracFone support reps were able to tell me where to find my missing free minutes. LUCKILY, I LOOKED AT THE PACKING SLIP BEFORE THROWING IT AWAY! Please inform the support department of newegg to direct purchasers of this phone to look on the packing slip to get their free minutes. Also, it would be nice to tell the other customer who complained about not receiving an Airtime card where she can locate this number. I am a long-time satisfied newegg customer & plan to continue to recommend others to newegg.

Pros: The phone works IF you buy minutes that were supposed to come FREE.

Cons: There is NO Airtime card. (No fault of newegg.) TracFone refuses to honor their promise of free minutes. I wasted almost a full day trying to get the "FREE" minutes to no avail. Don't buy this phone unless you are ready to buy minutes immediately.

Other Thoughts: TracFone rounds every call up to a full minute. If you speak 3 minutes & one second, TracFone rounds it up to 4 minutes. Basically, you wind up being charged for an extra minute every time you make call.

Pros: its a phone. it makes calls and receives them.

Cons: small, this thing is tiny. no time card which was promised.

Other Thoughts: missing time card.
