- Pros: Great phone has everything I need
- Cons: I using it with T-mobile, in order to send mms and conect to internet you have to change the connection profile from Att to T-mobile. Instruction on T-mobile web page
- Other Thoughts: It comes with 1 battery, usb cable and CD

What does it includes?
- Pros: This is an excellent phone. Love it so far. had it for long long time.
- Cons: Newegg cant tell me what is included in the box. I am wanting to order a new one, but they wont tell me if it includes 2 batteries or just one.
Great Value
- Pros: The Interface on this phone is really User friendly, the qwerty keyboard is great, it might look like the buttons are small but when you actually hold it you can actually press individual buttons with ease. you can use YM, AIM, and Windows Messenger. Comes with two batteries that are interchangeble, one is a "light" battery that makes the phone slimmer but the battery life is shorter. The scroll wheel on the right side makes navigation on web pages a breeze.
- Cons: Volume could be better, the number buttons to dial are oddly placed on the phone but you get used to that after a while.
- Other Thoughts: I'm not sure if it was just with mine or maybe there was a software bug but certain programs do not run well if you dont restart your phone at least once a day.
