Other Thoughts: I have owned this phone for about a year and got stuck with it. I am just about ready to dump it. It has been the worst phone I ever owned. When it works it's not bad but way to many problems and issues to list. Save yourself a lot of grief and stay away. This is second review I have done of this phone.

Pros: Got it for half the current price last month...it's a Windows driven smart phone

Cons: Didn't come with chips or an apple fritter

Other Thoughts: Grabbed a Sandisc 32G memory card threw it in and away we went, no problems...took the wifes Bellsouth/ATT card out of her Razer plopped it in this and...bellsouth said not to put a memory card bigger than two gigs in, it wouldn't work...they lied, or didn't know what they were talking about as she's happy and the phone works perfectly...HOWEVER, the memory card is now married to the phone, and according to Samsung the card AND the phone will no longer work if it's taken out...no big deal. Soon as the price comes back down, I'ma gonna get me one too...

Pros: i got the phone, it doesn't work. i return it. since the day i order, now almost a month, i still haven't get my phone yet! service is horrible.

Cons: This is one of my worst experience with Newegg and phone, when I am trying to turn on the phone it’s just looping on booting screen, it’s not even starting…..
I called to customer care for refund, they said they are not able to refund, but they can re-place a devise, for that they asked me to submit return authorization form, but I didn’t get any response even after submitting the form….

Pros: Intuitive, Fast, Great Display, Responsive capacitive screen

Upgraded to WP 7.5, took almost 1 hr!
Service provider I went with is Bell in Canada, will work with telus, Rogers, but does not work on Wind's network :(

Pros: decent phone .takes decent pictures. good GPS. gets phone signal where a lot of other phones don't.

Cons: I am not a fan of windows OS for it. lot apps that are normally free they charge you for. phone is a pain 2 update. MY next phone will not be a windows phone .if I have learned anything from this .

Pros: Bright Sharp easy to see display, easily sdded 16G of mSD memory, auto upgraded to 7.5 first sync with Zune, OS is smooth responsive and easy to use. Initial setup extremely easy with no issues. Has apps for what I need, decent battery life about 2 days w/wifi on. Easy to charge with USB port, Good feel. Almost makes me think about a getting a data plan. So far the phone has logged in to public wifi easily.

Cons: None really, apps work on 7.5/8 at the moment future app dev may pass this OS by? Battery life less than my old semi smart phone, would be nice to have custom sounds for alerts/alarms the stock ones are not so noticeable.

Other Thoughts: Surpringly good phone and OS, I have used andriod 4.0 phones and this feels smoother and a bit more polished. Without the stifling feel of iOS. MS has this petty much spot on. With more fine tuning this really good OS will be a great OS. Ita a keeper. First time a phone has been fun.

Pros: Has the same 1ghs snap dragon proccesor as the htc google nexus one which was an awesome phone. The feel of the phone in use is fast and responsive even with all of the windows 7 realtime updates and animations. The Battery life lasts all day and isn't close to dying until im home. Thats impressive especially because I listen to music, use gps, text, call, surf web, ext. And I am out from 7am till like 8pm sometimes I dont get to charge it until the next day and its still got juice. Its got 7 gb of onboard memory but has a mini sd slot that will take up to another 32gb. The phone feels well built even though most of it is plastic its got a nice smoke chrome trim. The 5mp camera has a bright led flash. And the charge port has a door protection which is good because in the past this charge port has broken on me on different phones. I have. Droped it on multiple surfaces concrete etc and no damage except scratches. And it comes with windows mobile word, powerpoint, excel, ect.

Cons: Most of the cons are due to the windows 7 os software but not the hardware. I dont know if I am just not used to it yet or if what I am experiencing is real. To up date the software I had it connected to my computer for hours on zune. And it was on the usb 3 port on my 3.8 ghz i7 powered computer. After it updated then and only then are you allowed to enjoy the app market. I am used to the android app market and in my opinion windows has tons of work to do. But I was still able to find. Somewhat equivalent apps for what I am used to. Also I have no Idea why but depending on what I am doing it wont allow me to copy and paste.

Pros: Not a cheap feeling phone like mentioned.
Great screen touch smoothness.
Voice activation, reads me my incoming texts.
Got with a promo.

Cons: Can't change background

Windows doesn't recognize the phone natively. Needs 'Zune' software.

Handles SD card differently, read up on that before setting up.

Other Thoughts: Was surprised to find that I had to have Zune software to load videos to my phone. I run away from Itunes and this software, except from the Itunes computer 'authorization' is somewhat similar, looking for your music and video libraries. *groan*

It's a Windows phone and I have a Windows computer????

Pros: Upgraded to WP7.5 (Mango).
Works on Rogers in Canada as 2G phone and 3G data. But it needs configuration for 3G data in cellular setting. Haven't try on other carriers.
WiFi and Bluetooth work well.
Hand-written Chinese Input is very similar to i-phone.
Photo and video are average.

Cons: Take a lot of learning time to understand and config because instructions from WP site are not clear.
Only 3 bands in 3G.
Volume control for wired headset is not independent of the ringer-tone.
8 GB memory is not enough.
Application software selection is too few.
