Cons: Where to even begin. My parents decided this would be a "great buy" without consulting me. Let me begin by saying this is the worst smartphone experience anyone can have. The phone is simply lacking in every category.

The microphone is terrible...call quality suffers as a result. Considering this is only 3G compatible then this intensifies even more. Leaving your own voice mail greeting is met with static and painful background noise. The speaker is also lacking, making it difficult to hear and problematic to use.

The screen itself is small but standard in the tracfone sector. However it is also severally lacking. Font size and icons are incredibly small and icons can’t even be seen clearly due to the terrible screen. The complete opposite of crisp.

Intuitive features that seem standard on most Android phones are missing here. Calling your voice mail doesn't immediately bring up the dial pad. Dial pad, speaker and mute are simply icons and aren't labeled…terrible for new users. Retrieving messages is a painful process of numerous button clicks…this shouldn't happen.

Battery life is nearly non-existent. I’d say it lasts anywhere from 4-6 hours of mostly “standby” time. This is simply unacceptable.

I could go on but why bother?

Other Thoughts: Do yourself a favor and stay away from this phone at all costs.

Pros: Unbelievable value! The airtime alone is worth the cost of the phone. The airtime Pin is on the packing slip, NOT HARD TO FIND, not sure what other reviewers are complaining about?!

I ordered a similar bundle but with the ZTE Valet and the 200 minute airtime card was NOT included even though it was promoted as such. One month later I am still trying get it. Newegg is telling me I have to contact the manufacturer even though it is NOT their bundle. Tracfone simply says to call Newegg. If you are making the decision o buy based on this $40 value think twice! STAY AWAY
