Pros: Nice phone for the price that I paid.

Cons: The 3 egg rating is because of the battery. Only last 1 day, so either I received an old one or the life on this battery is terrible. I am going to order a new one. Will let you'll know what happens.

Pros: slider keyboard, wifi smart phone, price

Cons: a little finicky coming out of sleep mode sometimes a little slow at times as well. not phones fault per say it is a single core.

Pros: Newegg is great

Cons: Phone still sucks

Other Thoughts: Newegg has resolved my issue, they are taking this phone back and giving me store credit. I am, as always, impressed with this company and it's commitment to its customers.

That being said, don't get this phone, it has terrible battery life.

Pros: Samsung phone, all the bells and whistles of a smartphone.

Cons: Terribly short battery life.

Other Thoughts: I purchased this phone to replace my girlfriend's dying candy bar phone. The phone worked right out of the box, accepted her T-Mobile sim card, no problem.

She barely uses her phone, just a couple text messages and the occasional phone call. After less than two days, the phone was dead, no charge at all. She fully charged it overnight and two days later, with minimal use, the phone was dead again.

So, I wrote the CCR email that was included on the card in the box, told them the issue and asked them nicely if the phone was faulty or if this was some quirk of the phone.

Here was their response...

"Dear Customer,

The description clearly mentions "Up to ...." This is an android phone which most likely would not be able to last these amount of hours because the 3G is working. These test are performed by certified technicians that power up plenty of these items and know how to make the phone completely in stand by.

Thank you."

Really? That's your response to a customer with a problem with your product?

I have a case in to Newegg regarding this issue. I hope they will do the right thing and give me a different phone. I am very disappointed, because I have the Samsung Galaxy Player 5.0 and the Samsung Galaxy S4 and have had absolutely NO problems with these items.

I have NEVER had an issue with Newegg and have been a customer a long time. I'll update you with how they handle this.
