Pros: SYMBIAN! the phone looks great too... it's tiny (comparely to most touchscreens)... very fast due to the same cpu as the n97 has... internal speakers are amazing, just make sure to enable stereo in the music player (it's set to mono out of the box =/).. wifi capabilities are very good too...
Cons: the only con i have encountered is the small keyboard, but i'm a guy and my hands are not all that tiny... but even that being said, considering how small this thing is, the keyboard simply could not be any different... These phones still have "bugs" that need to be fixed by nokia... some people report random restarting others issues with loading long lists.... I have seen the one that falls right between the two described above... once in a week i'll half way shut down wehn i'm going through data log (or some other long list), but then come back to life right into the app i was using before.... and that takes like 4 sec... so i don't really care... things like these will be fixed with the next rom update...
Other Thoughts: all in all, this is an amazing phone ppl... yeah, no gps or the 3g, but if you are surrounded by free wifi networks at university/college or work all day long, then i just simply see no need for 3g... it would be cool if it did have gps...but whatever...

Pros: Good as a portable media player
Cons: The phone will power off automatically when making or answering the call without the headset. It is fine when using the headset though. After googling, it seems this is not a rare case. Many people experienced the same problem. I heard it might be because plugging the headset creates a short circuit on the mainboard and the phone will not work as a "phone" without the headset after that. Anyway, it sounds a design deficit. I have requested a replacement. Will keep update the status of the next one.

Cons: The only thing that i've found very annoying is that the software package itself has some issues (specially if the app is not signed, the device may restart)
Other Thoughts: Try to download the apps from Ovi if you dont want to get into trouble, download the latest software package (update the phone software)
