Horrible Interface

Resistive Touchscreen is not nice unless you have long nails.
- Other Thoughts: I bought this phone to downsize. I have had an iphone followed by a G1. I thought I would get this phone to limit my usage to music and email. Those apps on iphone and G1 are incredibly addictive and I was wasting too much time. Clearly this phone is not the answer. A simple thing like setting up wifi is a chore (you need to set up all sorts of "priorities". Everytime it connects to the web it has to ask you whether it should use the wifi connection).
The menu is too cumbersome.
The resistive screen is unusable if you have used a capacitive screen.
I sold it back on the leading auction site within a week of receiving it.
