5 out of 5 eggsGreat Phone For the Price

Pros: Very inexpensive smart phone. 3G is good enough to watch Youtube videos. Can put in a 16GB SD card. $10 AT&T data plan is awesome. Ovi map/GPS works great. This phone is a great bang for your buck. If you're on AT&T, get it, otherwise it's very slow without 3G.

Cons: I bought this for my wife because she lost her X6. It's half the price of the X6 so that means you get half the features. So there's no WiFi, mono speakers, 4.5 hours of batter life compared to 9 on the X6, included headphones are not as good, very limited memory space, it's thicker, resistive touch, and a 2MP camera that is probably the worst camera phone I have ever experience. The 5MP camera on the X6 took crystal clear pictures.

Other Thoughts: Miss the X6, but my wife doesn't deserve a nice phone if she keeps losing them.

4 out of 5 eggsExcellent. A good pre-pay option.

Pros: Price.
Signal strength.
Ease of software use.
Call clarity.
Features are robust.
FREE GPS.
Good video recorder/player.
FM Radio.
Free Nokia software is great for installing apps and maintaining the phones' firmware and data.
LOTS of free, legal apps, utilities, and games.
I prefer resistive screens to capacitive. The touch on this phone is quick and accurate, even for my touch-noob fingers.
Menu /screens actions are quick, once loaded.
Can multi-task like hell.

Cons: Dead MicroSD card.
Clumsy menus.
GPS is a bit of a pain.

Cons, but expected for the price:
-Weak still camera, but MANY options.
-no flash/flashlight
-no WIFI
- a little slow for processing, but still quite adequate.

Other Thoughts: My RAZR finally died, and being on a Pas-as-You-Go plan, I wasn't into shelling out $500+ for a fancy-pants phone. After a good amount of research, I landed 0n this phone

First of all, I'd give this 5 eggs, but the 4GB MicroSD card that came with it is DEAD. COMPLETELY DEAD. My PC doens't even see it, and having installed kept the phone from booting. At first i Though i received a dead phone. Though since i can find a 8gb for $20, it's more worth that than to send the phone away and be without for a few weeks. On a related note, the MicroSD card removal can be difficult until you find the sweet-spot angle.

Call quality and signal stretnth are both consistently exceleltn, and even with all the monkeying I've been doign with it, the battery life seems at least good as my old RAZR, which i charged every 4-6 days.

There's no USB charging cable, but i found a 3rd party cable for a couple bucks.

I'd type more, but it looks like I'm being cut off.... lame. Go read teh many review

3 out of 5 eggsDont know what comes in the box

Pros: Seems to be a nice phone. Touch screen is responsive enough. Maybe not as much as an iPhone or any other capacitive touch screen phone. But then , this one costs u less. I wanted a touch screen for less money. This seemed to be the answer. Have not used it enough though

Cons: It doesnt come with a SD Card now .. not even a small capacity !! Previous reviews said it comes with 4GB one .. I called up newegg. They said it doesn't. DOnt know where the previous reviewers got theirs from !
Also, the back plate is black in color.. nowhere this is shown .. in any of the pics..

4 out of 5 eggsGreat for the price

Pros: Tmobile offers $10 unlimited internet for this phone! This is the cheapest unlimited internet for a phone with all of the basic smartphone capabilities you can currently find. Ovi maps is a wonderful and well done application. The phone is also capable of running non-Ovi apps such as python and PuTTY. Pleasantly surprised by the video capabilities of the phone. The resolution isn't the greatest, but the recorded video was surprisingly smooth. Decent calendar application that can also sync with Outlook. Call quality is excellent.

Cons: You get what you pay for. 2MP camera and no wifi. Mail application is slow, as is the phone in general. On screen keyboard is just a tad bit too small. I keep getting p's instead of o's for instance.

GPS occasionally gets very confused and thinks that I'm on a parallel road.

Battery life isn't great if you use it to browse the web frequently. You will have to charge it every night.

Took a while to figure out the "slide to answer" trick.

Email app doesn't play nice with my work IMAP email, but works great with gmail.

Other Thoughts: It's not a high end smartphone, but it's a great "starter smartphone." In terms of value, this phone is hard to beat.

4 out of 5 eggsNice little phone

Pros: It's a easy to use phone that works on almost all networks, the touch is nice good pressure sensing - very easy to set up not a complicated phone to use. The camera is great on this - the pictures were clear & not hazy like most phone cameras.

Cons: A few minor things that are unable to set due to limitations. i.e. customize alarm settings to differentiate between them.

Other Thoughts: Purolator delivery way better than UPS

5 out of 5 eggsEXCELLENT Phone for the Price

Pros: Flash Lite, Apps, OVI Maps with GPS navigation (via satellite, not need for mobile internet), OVI store, sensor that shows you on screen button when you pull the phone from your face on a call

Cons: Resistive touch, no wi-fi, touch takes some acclimation

Other Thoughts: Overall, unlocked and for the price, this is the best phone you will get (touch screen or not), highly recommended at less than 150, should hold me over fine until Nexus One decreases in price

4 out of 5 eggsGood

Pros: GPS built in. Either load maps for whole U.S. or selected states. No charge for maps. Comes with 4 gb micro sd card. No phone internet service required to use GPS. Speaks names of callers every few seconds in ring tone if selected to do so. Anniversaries appear in calendar in following years automatically. Comes with guitar pick style stylus on wrist lanyard. USB cable included.

Cons: Photo quality is low. Processor seems a little slow compared to my Samsung Behold. Keyboard is small. Plastic light weight material of case. Immediately upgraded software of phone on Nokia.com.

Other Thoughts: Makes a nice cheap first touch screen phone. No car charger included. Nokia website states they will be shipping unit with windshield mount for GPS use soon.

5 out of 5 eggsgood unlocked phone for the price

Pros: paid 145 shipped from Newegg. It's good for the price: touch screen, decent speed though can be choppy, and good response from resistive touch screen...

Cons: i would have paid another 50 if it had better CPU and wifi... no wifi kinda stinks but oh well.

Other Thoughts: good value:price ratio at $145
