Pros: Smaller and much lighter than my Dell Venue. Easy to set up. Does everything I need in a phone.
Cons: Imported Last names first / first names last.
Other Thoughts: Would be nice if it where water resistant.

I Love this phone
Pros: This phone is awesome...great looking, fast, and solid hardware. Nokia has some great apps and they are good about keeping the software up to date where other vendors take forever to push out updates. Bluetooth is awesome, reads text messages to you while driving and allows you to respond without even looking at the phone if your car has bluetooth. Phone supports HSPA+ on AT&T which makes it "4G". Phone is smaller than the Lumia 900 and better build quality. Phone feels better in the hand than the 900. Has Tango update and internet tether is now available. I highly recommend this phone.
Cons: Screen is not super amoled so text is not as clear as an LCD or super amoled screen like the 900 or samsung phones. however the color saturation is still amazing.. battery like is not great. you will get a full day with moderate use but I find myself charging halfway through the day with heavy use. Will not support WP8 as is the same with all current WP7 hardware.
Other Thoughts: This price is very high. I have a blue one I got online brand new in the box unlocked for about $350 off contract. You should not pay more than $400 for this phone. You can get a Lumia $900 off contract at AT&T for $450.
