Nokia phone works well. Win phone 8.1 os is good. H20 cellular service is good and has good coverage at my home, unlike Tmobile. Screen is small, but I like a small phone, Cons: Phone arrived with a dead battery. I reported this to the newegg contracted warranty service provided with unlocked phones known as CCR. CCR promised to send a replacement battery but never did and stopped returning my emails. I paid for the new battery myself. newegg is soiling its reputation with this shoddy warranty service. Other Thoughts: H20 sim card should be ordered without airtime unless you want the $30 per month plan.
