This is the legend that started it all. This Moto RAZR V3 is wrapped in a subdued Gun Metal shell for an elegant look. This is a quad-band GPRS phone that delivers exceptional call quality and speedy data transfers. You can use the phone anywhere in the world.
Keep in touch with your friends by using AOL, Yahoo!, instant messaging services, or you can send emails and text messages. When not messaging your friends, you can surf the web.
The phone is designed to help keep you safe and legal. Instead of holding it to your ear you can use a Bluetooth hands free device or the built in speakerphone. Voice-dialing lets you do it all without touching the phone.
Pros: Thin, nice looking and popular quad band phone. It has T-mobile branding but it is unlocked. An O2 SIM card worked without a problem.
Cons: Battery cover doesn't quite match the phone color. T-mobile start-up screen and icon remain.
Other Thoughts: Technically it is a V3r, not V3 but the features are the same.

Works with ATT

Pros: Phone works with ATT simm card which wasn't apparent from other reviews. Phone works fine, however, out of the box you have to first fully charge it, otherwise it won't call out. I thought it was defective and called the support line which started an RMA process. My Bad! after the full charge everything was fine.
Cons: Branded with T-Mobile all over it but that's a very minor issue.
Other Thoughts: Good purchase. I'm going to buy another for myself since the first one wen't to my wife.

Pros: Brand new with original plastic stickers. It works with T-mobile SIM card. The battery charge up time is fairly fast. It comes with a mini USB cable. Clean, elegant design. No problem so far with the battery life.
Cons: The battery cover is slightly darker than the rest of the phone and has the T-mobile logo. The SIM port does not work until the battery is fully charged; it will keep saying "Insert SIM card" even though the card is there.
The USB port doubles as a data transfer port as well as the charging port. So if you plug it into your computer to transfer data, it will also charge the battery.
Other Thoughts: It is unlocked but T-mobile branded. This is not a big problem, as I am a T-mobile customer. I purchased this to replace an old Nokia phone. This is much better.

Good phone... horrific battery

Pros: Solid phone, easy to use, a good basic phone.
Cons: Worst battery life I have ever encountered, in order to remain operational the battery has to be charged every 18 or so hours.
Other Thoughts: If you buy this phone be prepared to invest in a new battery as well, even then buyer beware.

Pros: 1. Simple set up 2. Easy Use
Cons: 1. BATTERY LIFE...after fully charging the phone before use I was ready to start making calls. I was on the phone for about 20 minutes of talk time and the battery went dead! I charged it again and the same thing happened. After doing some research on this model of phone I discovered that there is a known issue with the battery life. Also the myfaves UI display rarely works, and I get a white screen sometimes. I have had to call customer care five times now and I have only had the phone for less than a month...
Other Thoughts: Although the price may be enticing I would NOT recommend this phone. The battery life is way, way too short and all the little UI interface issues are extremely annoying. I'm just glad Newegg is sending me another one. Hopefully this one works better.
